Supplying and fixing with new Bison board panalling using aluminium box section and aluminium frame at an interval of 0.60m at the aluminium frame of size 63.50mmx38.10mmx1.28mm ,1.41mm @ 0.818kg/m with necessary 'L' Angles, screws, nails and fixed in the wall using drilling machine with neat straight alignments etc., after finishing the frame work and fixed with 10mm thick Bison Board of approved quality and ISI make with necessary screws naisl, favicol and necessary instruction of the departmental officers and also cutting the wall partition for Electrical Switch box and AC Plug Box and telephone Box requirements and finally cleaning the partition for both side with neat position etc., The rate is inclusive of cost of materials, labour charges aluminium frame work and partiton work , transporting charges etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers., (The materials quality and colours are approved by the departmental Engineer before use of works)

Supply & fixing of Gypsum board false ceiling using 10 mm thick of approved quality and design suspended from the ceiling up to a ceiling height of 4.50m from floor level using 'U'shaped galvanised iron channel of size 25x25x0.55mm thick at 1.20m centre on both longitudinal and cross direction for vertical support and fixing 'U' shaped G.I channel of size 50x30x0.55mm thick at 0.90m c/c on longitudinal direction respectively for horizontal support by using T.W reepers at corners and at intermediately fixing of plaster of paris on the panel provided as per design / pattern given by the site officer and finishing the ceiling surface with same plaster of paris materials etc. Necessary opening should be covered with acrylic panel complying with std. specification and as directed by the deptl officers etc., complete cost including all materials such as rawl plugs, bolts and nuts, G.I pipes, metal star screws, paper tape, jointing components etc complete. All the materials should be got appd. before use on work by the Executive Engineer.

Painting two coats for wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing roller blinds of approved make and shade, suitable for office use, including all accessories such as roller mechanism, brackets, chains, and fittings. The blinds shall be made of good quality fabric with smooth rolling operation and proper finishing.The blinds shall be fixed firmly in position at the required locations, complete in all respects. The rate shall be inclusive of all materials, labour, transportation, fixing charges, and taxes, as applicable. The work shall be carried out as per specifications and directions of the Departmental Officer.

Providing and fixing 19mm thick plywood skirting, finished on both sides with mica/poly granite laminate, matching the existing wall panelling, including all necessary cutting, fixing, and finishing works.
