NOTE : - Butt hinges shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under respective item BOQ.

M&L for 30 mm thick 2nd class hard wood factory made glazed/gauzed skeleton shutters for door, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc (without sash bars), edges framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass/gauge etc; size of the members of shutters as specified in SSR Part- I, Section 8, clause 8.24(a) complete all as directed.

S&F 30mm thick Flush shutters, solid core construction, with block coard core & plywood face panels commercial type on both side conforming to IS 2202 (Part- I) -1999, including internal liping beading all round fixed as in Door Shutter,Cup board shutter & Kitchen rack all as specified.

S&F for pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick (Total coated thickness) of any colour, finished with resin coat on both surfaces @ 150 gm/sqm of coating (total both surfaces) having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with best quality self tapping screws as specified.

S & F Pre-Painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges/valley gutter, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed. (Colour of ridge shall be same colour as that of sheet used for roof)

M & L for 25 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in base of flooring, level course etc and finished the surface fair to receive top layer screed bed complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for non-skid, ceramic, jint free of matt finish, coloured tiles 8 to 10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but n.exc 0.18 sqm, in floors etc, including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for ceramic, coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick as in skirting/ dado/ vertical surface to match the length of floor tile procured under No 37 above including 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:3 set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for glazed ceramic, coloured tiles, 300x600x8mm to 10mm thick as in skirting/dado/steps including 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:3 set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection laid in proper slope/gradient etc, finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement including making joints with bitumastic filing in proportion of bitumen and sand 1:2 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75mm thick Plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for precast chequered cement concrete tiles of size 40cm x 40cm x 25mm thick, as in floors etc, including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in grey cement and pigments to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry type C1, 1:3:6 (20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Providing cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 mix (using 20 graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerb, filling gap between roof sheet and wall and the like including necessary formwork.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in two layer (10mm + 5mm thick) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with water proofing compound at top 5mm thick layer by weight of cement as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately against respective item).

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces as in ceilings (sunshed, chajja, fins etc) and finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

"Supply only" integral water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed. (Make : Dr FIXIT/Fosroc/choksey)

M & L for roof treatment by Providing 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as padding finished the surface even and smooth the rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 using WPC @ 3% by weight of cementand applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 1.5 Kg/Sqm and providing 3 mm thick APP membrane weighing not less than 3.6 kg/sqm reinforced with non woven polyester matt weighing not less than 180 gm /sqm having softening point not less than 140 centigrade, having tensile strength of 650N/sqm and 350 N/sqm in longitudinal and transverse directions respectively of the reinforced tearing strength of 180N by torch application with minimum 10cm side overlap and 15cm end lap, applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumen 90/15 over the membrane @ 1.2 Kg /Sqm on top of membrane surface and then finished with solar reflective bituminious aluminium paint @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

All same as per item No 49 but without application of solar effective aluminium paint as finished layer.

M & L for precast plain cement concrete tiles of size 25cm x 25cm x 20 to 22mm thick, as in floors etc, including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in grey cement and pigments to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of wall and applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC not less than 50gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance dirt resistance exterior paint of approved tint/shade (Company depot tinted) with silicon additive @ 1.43 litre/ 10 Sqm over and including applying priming coat of exterior primer @ 0.90 litre/10 Sqm over new/old surfaces of wall complete all as specified.

M&L preparation of plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC not less than 50gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance dirt resistance exterior paint of approved tint/shade (Company depot tinted) with silicon additive @ 1.43 litre/ 10 Sqm over and including priming coat exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 Sqm over new surfaces of wall complete all as specified.

M & L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of internal walls, etc and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer including 1 to 2mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.
