REPAIRS TO ROOF TREATMENT FLOORING FALSE CEILINGS PARTITION AND CONNECTED WORKS AT MTRDC ALSIDA CEPTAM AND DCA COMPLEX BENGALURU

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and disposing off debris outside MD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (including backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and removing rubbish off the premises of MD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., and disposing off debris outside MD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of wall & ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards /slabs / blankets, any thickness, including hangers & cover fillets/frame work , complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, PCC block masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc., separation of serviceable materials from the unserviceable, stacking the serviceable materials within 100 M and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to outside MD land etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of aluminium partition / windows of any size and any description complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding concrete / leveling course over slabs, finished fair to receive screed bed and water proofing treatment, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM(1:4) over roof surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
