Demolition of reinforced cement concrete [reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition] of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation etc and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C2 (nominal mix) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for formwork to sides of concrete foundation, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits of foundation (if any) and plinth beams for rough finished surfaces of concrete, flat complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions rough finished surfaces of concrete, flat complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beam, beam haunching, girders, bressum-mers lintels, cantilevers, shelves, including support, overhangs, etc also splays between floors and beam etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for CRS steel bars 10mm dia and over as reinforcement cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Steel for reinforcement shall be corrossion resistant steel of grade SAIL HRC / TATA TISCON CRSD (Fe 500D) / RINL CRS Fe 500D or equivilant of other manufacturer as specified confirming to IS-1786. If bars of above grade are not available due to manufacturing status, next higher grade may be used without revising the design and without any price adjustment

M&L for CRS steel bars 5mm dia and over up to and including 10mm dia in stirrups spaces and binder cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Steel for reinforcement shall be corrossion resistant steel of grade SAIL HRC / TATA TISCON CRSD (Fe 500D) / RINL CRS Fe 500D or equivilant of other manufacturer as specified confirming to IS-1786. If bars of above grade are not available due to manufacturing status, next higher grade may be used without revising the design and without any price adjustment

M&L for RCC M-30 Design mix using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams etc., and mass concrete including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for RCC M-30 Design mix using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in beams, cantilevers, bresuemers, lintels over 1.5m span etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for RCC M-30 Design mix using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of Precast Concrete work block masonry built in Cement Mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks type C1 1:3:6 using 20mm graded aggregate exceeding 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down Cement Plaster of any description on brick walls or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 over 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on concrete or block masonry surfaces including mixing water proofing compound on top layer as per manufacturers instructions and finishing the top surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule as supply only

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall & applying two coats of exterior emulsion weather proof antifungal paint on wall surfaces over a coat of primer all as per manufacturers instructions by OEM authorises applicator complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing of excavated surplus soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge..
