Carrying out block contour survey of the commanded area covering stream, dong, channel, road etc. and the whole area considering square block system and spot system and spot levels are to be within 30m x 30m for preparation of contour including clearing light jungles, chaining, pegging holding staff, umbrella and compass lining etc. where required, complete as directed.

Supplying sal wooden peg of different sizes including pointing one and etc. complete as directed.

Supplying Sal wooden hammer of of size 15 cm x 10cm with 45cm long & 5cm wooden handle etc. complete as directed.

Approach Road

Earthwork in filling in Marginal bund / Guide bank / Afflux bund / Canal embankment etc. tko be design section and grade by obtaining earth from outside borrow pits and filling in uniform layer not exceeding 15cm thick including clearing light jungle, removing trees upto 15cm dia and uprooting roots and stumps from the seat at embankment and borrow pit area , breaking clods not more than 10mm cube, ramming, watering, dressing and roughening the seat of embankment, profiling etc. A) Ordinary soil

Collection and supply of sand and gravel (40% sand and 60% gravel) of size 13mm to 38mm from approved quarry inlcuding loading , unloading and stacking in measurable stacks at work site upto a height of 1.00 m including payment of forest royalty etc.

Labour charges for spreading hard river shingles / sand gravels to required thickness over approach subway etc. including ramming, dressing the seat before paying the materials lead upto 30.00m and lift 1.50m complete as directed.

Boring and Installation of Tube Well

Movement of drilling rig, tools & plants, Accessories inlcuding drill pipes, casing pipes etc. to drilling site and back.

Boring of DTW of bore hole upto 450mm dia and upto a depth of 70m or upto required depth by RC / DR Drilling Rig including supply and transportation of all requred tools and plnts , materials and labour to site to perform the job in complete as directed in alluvium areas

Supply, lowering and installation in tube well 200mm PVC housing pipe / blind pipe of wall thickness of 10.00mm to 11.2mm for casing assembly including supply of well cap, sockets , reducer, MS housing clamps etc. as required as per IS:12818-1997 of length 3.00m of repute brand like Oriplast / Jindal / Prince etc. and as directed.

Supply, lowering and installation in tube well 150mm PVC housing pipe / blind pipe of wall thickness of 6.5mm to 8.5mm for casing assembly including supply of well cap, sockets , reducer, MS housing clamps etc. as required as per IS:12818-1997 of length 3.00m of repute brand like Oriplast / Jindal / Prince etc. and as directed.

Supply, lowering and installation in tube well 150mm PVC Ribbed Screen Filter pipe of wall thickness of 6.5mm to 8.5mm for casing assembly including supply of well cap, sockets , reducer, MS housing clamps etc. as required as per IS:12818-1997 of length 3.00m/ 2.00m of repute brand like Oriplast / Jindal / Prince etc. and as directed.

Shrouding the DTW assembly by river pea gravel of size 4mm to 8mm free from sand / dust and any other foreign materials after screening / stacking at site including supply, transportation, labour etc. complete as directed.

Developing the tube well assebly by Air Compressor of capacity 8-12 kg / cm2 and CFM=450 M3 / min so as to get sand free discharge of water with supply of all required materials at site complete as directted including furnishing of litho log / draw down data etc. as per IS:11185 of 1999.

Supply, fitting, fixing of heavy duty CIDF sluice valve inside screw, non raising, vertical spindle type with hand wheel operation need of water purpose. The roatation of closing should be counter clock wise. The holes of the flange should be drilled as per BSS No. 10, Part-I, Table-D. All materials construction and components should stickly conform to IS: 14846-2000 and having marked with manufactureres name and trade mark in the delivery pipe layout as directed / as per drawing along with HD GI flange, pipe joining materials and painting in complete as directed.

Supply, fitting, fixing of heavy duty CIDF reflex valve, swing check type with bypass arrangement, horizontal operating. The holes of the flange to be as per BSS No. 10, Part-I, Table-D and the material, construction and components should stickly conform to IS: 5312 (Part-I)-2004 and having marked with manufactureres name and trade mark in the delivery pipe layout as directed / as per drawing along with HD GI flange, pipe joining materials and painting in complete as directed.

Supply, fitting-fixing of delivery pipes of 150mm dia GI / fabricated GI pipes (HD of repute bra nd with ISI marked) with flange at both end / wherever required with pipe jointing sets , including painting in complete as per drawing / specification including temporary pipe support as required and as directed.

Fitting-fixing of MS / GI bend of 150mm dia x 450 / 900 / 1200 with GI / fabricated GI pipes with flange at both end and pipe jointing sets, including painting as per drawing / specification as directed.

Supply, fitting-fixing of surge tank of size 900m dia x 1250mm long made of 4mm MS plate with raiser assembly of size 75mm dia x 6.0m long and S-band of size 200mm x 1600mm long made of 4mm MS plate including painting the above with one coat of synthetic enamel primer fllowed by 2 coats of successsive synthetic enamel / bituminous black paint and made provision for mounting the surge tank on a specified foundation by nuts and bolts of suitable size as per drawing and specification as directed.

Solar PV Modules including Mounting Structure

Earthwork in back filling of structures, obtained from outside borrow pits filing in 15 cm layers, rammingdressing, watering , including paying compensation of land if any. (with lead upto 30m and lift 1.5m)

Supply, fitting, fixing and testing & commissioning of solar powered 7.5 HP oil/water cooled submersible pump set of reputed brand of discharge not less than 900 LPM at 10 metre head (total dynamic head of 20m, pump should work upto 25m head and shut off head 30m) of delivery size 80mm / 100mm and drive rating 415V, 50 Hz, 3-phase Induction motor.

Construction of Control Room

Providing, fitting and fixing steel windows / ventilators (openable) of standard rolled steel sections as per relevant IS code 1038 joints mitred and welded with 15mm x 3mm x 100mm lugs embedded in cement concrete block of M-10 grade including providing and fixing of projecting hinges (Not more than 65mm and not less than 15mm wide) bolting device and steel handles, peg stays of 300mm long etc. complete as per drawing including applying a priming coat of red lead paint

Distempering two coats including painting two coats to batten with approved paint complete as directed.

Necessary locking arrangment for temporary closing the gate and 2 nos. (minimum) strong iron hingles of MS bars and flat of same sizes on each leaf to be embedded in CC brick pillers as necessary including a red oxide painting to all iron works as directed and specified (Seperate payment will be made kfor posts)

Construction of Sign Board

Supply of sign board made of 1.60mm thick MS iron sheet fitted with steel frame of size 1.05m x 0.75m fixed with 2 nos. 50mm dia Gi (medium) pipes 2.10m above and 0.60m below ground fitted with CC work in proportion 1:3:6 and size 0.45m x 0.45m x 0.60m below ground including painting with approved paint including writing letters complete as directed.
