Excavation by mechanical means (JCB) or Hydraulic excavator ) in trenches for pipe line with straight or open cutting in streets or open area including trimming and drsessing sides, levelling of beds of trenches to correct grade, cutting joint holes, refilling; consolidation and watering including the cost of dewatering of rain water, diversion for traffic, night signals, providing & fixing caution boards, corrsing over trenches for access to the houses watching, fencing etc and removed of surplus soil out side/inside the town involving lead upto 15 meter complete in all a) Earth work upto 1.5 mtr depth for In all classes of soil except rocky. Providing, Stringing out, Cutting, jointing and testing of ISI marked DI Double flanged Pipes with screwed, flanged as per IS 8329-2000, Class K-9 and laying the same in trenches to correct alignment and gradients, jointed with nut bolts & rubber insertion joints fitted complete including all cartage. (Replacing From Clear Water Tank to Pump Chamber) b) 150 mm i/d (Item No. 28.23)

Supplying and laying DI Specials/fittings as per IS : 9523-2000 (ISI marked with the prior approval of Engineer-in-charge) class K12 suitable for tyton joints with external bituman coating and inside cement mortor lining, scaffolding, tools and plants, ropes, guys etc. complete in all respects. a) DI Specials upto 300 mm i/d (Item No. 28.25)

Providing & fixing CI/D.I Flanged end, stem of SS (AIS 1410) and Bronze(gunmetal) working parts slucie valves ISI marked, 14846-2000, including jointing, testing & cost of Nut, bolt & insertion sheet all carriage complete (with the approval of Engineer-in-charge). A) Class PN-1 as per ISI d) 150 mm i/d (Item No. 28.27)

Providing and fixing ISI marked Non-returen valves flanged end class PN-1.0 as per IS 5312/2004 in pipe lines including jointing and cost of Nut Bolt, Rubber insertion etc. Complete. A) Class PN-1.0 as per ISI with rubber flap (For Machinery) b) 100 mm i/d Non Return Valve (Item No. 28.31 A)
