M & L for Servicing of outdoor (condenser) unit of air cooled Package type AC plant of capacity 5 TR to 8.5 TR by cleaning of fins by water jet of suitable pressure or cleaning by using chemical if reqd, including combing of fins by using fins comb for making straight the fins, checking electrical wiring, servicing, oiling of condenser motor, etc., complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for replacement of unserviceable fan blade heavy duty of outdoor condenser unit of air cooled package type AC (5 to 8.5TR) as per existing make, model and type including replacement of bearing, bushing etc for smooth rotation complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for replacement of blower belt of AHU/Package type AC as per existing model and type, ISI marked including re-alignment of the motor and blower if required for proper tension of belts as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for servicing of elect control panel of AHU central/Package type AC Plant by cleaning the panel with blower, checking of electric circuits/connections, replacement of unserviceable burnt wire, cables with existing size & length including proper numbering, replacement of unserviceable fuse link, lugs, washer, nuts, bolts, checking proper electrical connection, connectivity etc. & find out defective parts and making the panel functional by replacing the unserviceable item (taken as supply only) as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:(i) Unserviceable parts such as MCB, MCCB, contactor, relay etc. to replaced shall be measured and paid separately as 'Supply only'. Cost of labour for replacement of items shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate. (ii) Cost of minor parts like thimbles, tags, nut, bolts, washers etc shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M&L for servicing and painting of Main Electric Panel board/Control panel board of Central/Package type AC Plant by cleaning, scraping the panel with blower/wire brush as directed, replacement of unserviceable burnt wire, cables with existing size & length duly crimped with suitable lugs in both ends including proper numbering, tightening of fuse link, lugs, washer, nuts, bolts, checking proper electrical connection, connectivity etc. & find out defective burned lugs and replace with same and making the panel functional all as directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note : Unserviceable parts to be replaced shall be measured & paid seperately as 'Supply only'. Cost of labour for replacement of items shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate.)

M&L for replacement of unserviceable digital Humidistat including electrical connection and testing, commissioning as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for replacement of unserviceable heater strip type 2kW capacity as per existing size and as per site requirement complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for taking out unserviceable air filters of any capacity and size (610mm x 610mm x 300mm) as per site requirement incl S&F double united polymer fabric HDPE mesh air filter washable /cleanable type having efficiency 95% to 99% down to particles size of 5 to 20 micron, fabricated out of CRCA sheet metal duly painted with two coat of grey hammer tone spray painted over a coat of red oxide primer, with lifting handles, Box/flanged type, aluminum spacer etc. all as per existing size as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for servicing of cooling tower motor of capacity up to 7.5 HP, greasing, replacement of unserviceable; bearing/ bush/ shaft etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for servicing, cleaning of Cooling tower for 2x30TR Cap including taking out perils , cleaning the same and refixing, cleaning the storage tank, removal of all sludge, servicing, greasing of cooling tower motor with hub assembly etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for servicing, cleaning of Cooling tower 2x 100 TR Cap including taking out perils , cleaning the same and refixing, cleaning the storage tank, removal of all sludge, servicing, greasing of cooling tower motor with hub assembly etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for leak detection of air cooled condenser unit of central/package type AC plant up to 100 TR cap including cutting, brazing to leak condenser coil & testing after brazing work with nitrogen pressure etc complete all as specified & directed by Engr in charge. Note:- (i) Necessary topping up of refrigerant gas & oil shall be measured and paid in respective items of BOQ.

M&L for replacement or top-up of burnt compressor oil and charging with new compressor oil for open type reciprocating compressor as per manufacturer's standard instruction complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Sample & make of compressor oil shall be got approved by Contractor from GE with prior procurement.

M&L for refrigerant gas R-407c charging in compressors as per OEM specification complete all as specified and as directed.

(Note:- Refrigerant gas shall be measured and paid in seperately under relevent item of this BOQ)

M&L for taking out existing unserviceable scroll compressor and replace with new compressor as per existing site requirement for suitable for working on 380-415V 3 phase , 50Hz, LR 270A, Max Oper-58A, thermally protected system, LP side (PS 20 bar, TS max 53oC TS min-35oC, Vol 32.8I) HP side (PS 29.6 bar, TS max 68.3oC TS min-35oC, Vol 2.oI), having lubricant POE320SZ, heater etc including making connections inlet outlet refrigerant piping, nitrogen pressure test for leak testing , vacuum the system and charging suitable Refrigerant gas and testing after replacement complete all as specified. M&L for Half yearly servicing of 100 TR screw type water cooled chiller unit by authorised OEM service Engineer including cleaning of electric control panel & its parts, chiller units parts, checking all parameters of Microprocessor, MPD, VRF and other controls including repairing of PCB /MPD/VRF if reqd and setting the parameters as per design and outside conditions, descaling of condenser, top up of refrigerant gas, oil if required and submission of service report to Engr-in-Charge. M&L for carefully painting on central AC plant water cooled type having condenser, Cooling tower, condenser water pipe line, refrigerant pipe line, control sluice valve/butter fly valves, angle iron foundation frames, compressor motor, compressors, drain water MS duct, condenser , chiller monoblock pump sets etc. of central type ac plant complete with two coat of synthetic enamel paint after scrapping out existing rusted/bubbled paint as per existing colour coding and marking water flow directions with suitable size arrow mark complete including cleaning the stains of paint after painting complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge Note :- For measurement one complete plant shall be considered as one job.)

M&L for taking out unserviceable PVC fills of cooling tower of 30 to 100 TR cap (bottle/rectangular type) after taking down cooling tower motor and keeping aside, cleaning the hydrant pipe, sprinkler assembly and inside complete body of cooling tower complete up to satisfaction of Engr in Charge.

Supply & fixing PVC fills of cooling tower of 30 to 100 TR as per OEM standard fixing sequance including cutting & filling the gaps so that the water of cooling tower spread equally complete all as specified and as directed Engr in Charge.

M&L for cleaning of Y strainer & pot strainer of central AC plants 50 to 125mm of chiller line, condensor line by carefully opening the top & taking out the strainer and refixing after cleaning/washing out the line durt/sludge & replacement of defective nut bolts, rubber gasket, damaged strainer as per existing size if required after cleaning filling water in condensor/ chiller line by using additional pump, taking out the air in chiller & condensor line complete all as reqd at site & directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for replacement of unserviceable water strainer of size 50mm including replacement of unserviceable rusted nut bolts, washers, & gasket complete all as per site requirement & directed by Engr in charge.

Supply, laying and testing in replacement of LT cable XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 1100 Volts grade cross sectional area 3.5 core x 240 Sq mm. complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : cost of minor parts like Gasket, nuts bolts & washers etc. shall deemed to be included in quoted rate. Further cost of transportation from site to work shop & return including insurance made to cover the damage if any during transportation shall deemed to be included in quoted rate.)
