Material and labour for repair to potholes, not exceeding 1.00 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth and making good by applying tack coat using paving bitumen (VG-10 Grade) @ 5 kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder using paving bitumen (VG-30 Grade) @ 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 Cum of stone chipping 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings),depth of pothholes exceeding 30mm and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller to uniform fair surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing premixed bituminous macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using 8 to 10 tone capacity power roller (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using paving bitumen (VG 30 Grade) @ 4% by weight of total mix complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags or compressed air to remove all loose, dirt, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 kg per 10 sqm using with paving bitumen (VG 10 Grade) all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing bituminous premixed carpet 40 mm consolidated thickness with 0.54 cum of stone chipping mixed with 29.20 Kg of binder (paving bitumen of grade VG-30) per 10 Sqm, mixed in automatic hot mix plant, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for liquid seal coat using paving bitumen (VG 30 grade) @ 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 6.3mm size of stone chipping @ 0.09 Cum per 10 Sqm and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller to uniform fair surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines stop line dashe arrow etc and the like not exceeding 10cm wide on road pavement with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour conforming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair metal tubular delineator made out of ABS round fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm bore highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50mm bore mild steel pipe of 600mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striple reflector of model No. DA 972 fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in cover slab, shelves and similar articles, set in cement mortar (1:6) including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces including finishing even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.
