Taking down carefully aluminium/copper wiring/power pont wiring(light,fan,call bell,socket or power circuits)complete and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls,ceiling etcincl painting with same colour of the back ground complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for point wiring for with 1.5 Sq mm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volt grade, multi-stranded, PVC insulated, ISI marked, unsheathed FRLS copper conductor cable with and including continuous earth wire of size 1.5 Sq mm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volts grade, multi-stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLS copper conductor cable and connected to common earth and earth dolly with suitable copper lugs and drawing into and including rigid non-metallic PVC conduit of 20 mm dia or higher, ISI marked, medium grade complete with and including all PVC conduit accessories concealed into wall by cutting of chases in wall and replacement of sunk zinc coated pressed steel terminal box of 1.60 mm thick with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover, brass screws, cup washers etc and making good to the disturbed surfaces to match the existing complete all as specified and directed for (a) one light point controlled by one switch one way .

M & L for rewinding of ceiling/exhaust/wall mounted/cabin/table fan with super enameled copper winding wire of same size/gauge as per existing one and also including replacement of wornout nut, bolt, washers, split pin etc., reassembling and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed for the following type of fans. (a) Ceiling fan of any Make 1200 mm to 1400 mm sweep all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

(b) Exhaust fan of any Make 300mm to 380mm sweep all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(c ) Cabin fan/wall fan/table fan/pedestal fan 400 mm sweep all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

(d ) PVC AIR freshner off sizes sweep all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for overhauling ceiling fan any Make and sweep including taking down, dismantling, cleaning internally and externally, oiling, greasing, checking of electric connections, replacement of worn out check nuts, split pins, nuts, bolts and washers, sockets etc. reassembling and testing on completion and refixing the same all as directed.
