Supply Installation Testing and Commissioning of LED deep Recessed pressure die cast housing downlighter of min 4300 lumens, 40Watt (including driver), efficacy>110 lm/W, burning hour > 50,000 hrs at L70B50, CCT 4000K, SDCM <5, CRI>80, IP20 rating, suitable surge protection device as recommended by OEM, THD<10%, PF > 0.95, UGR<19, compliance with LM 80 & LM 79 with operating voltage of 140-270V, 50 Hz, AC for 12m inddor high ceiling including arranging of ladder, scafflolding, boom lift etc. and all necessary fitting accessories like mounting clamps/bracket/rods, nut, bolt, hardware etc. complete with LEDs driver of efficiency ≥85% . It also includes dismantalling of existing old fittings and handing over the same to AAI store. (Make: PHILIPS, Model: DN594B LED40/840 PSU C D200 WH WB or equivalent)

Fixture should have efficacy ≥110lumens/watt, minimum 3600 lumens, 42W (including driver), burning hour>50000 hrs at L70B50, CCT 4000K, IP20 rating, CRI >80, PF >0.95, SDCM<5, UGR<19, compliance with LM 80 & LM 79, suitable Surge Protection device as recommended by OEM with operating Voltage 140 - 270V, 50 Hz, AC. Supplying and fixing of following ways surface/ recess mounting, 415 V, horizontal pre-wired TPN MCB distribution board of sheet steel, dust protected, duly powder painted, inclusive of 200 A tinned copper bus bar, common neutral link, earth bar, din bar for mounting MCBs including dismantlling of exisitng old DBs & handing over the sam eto AAI store etc. (but without MCBs and incomer ) as required .
