PROVISION OF HARD STANDING AND JAFRI WALL IN LAWNS NEAR OFFICERS MESS AT DSSC WELLINGTON

Rough excavation not exceeding 1.5 m deep in hard/dense soil complete all as directed.

Excavating in trenches, n.exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5 in depth; for foundation getting out hard/dense soil.

Material and labour for providing plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2, using( 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm hard or dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materialnot exc 1.50kmm but n exc 5.0km and depositing where directed (Soils) at a level not exc.1.5mts above the starting point

M&L Precast cement concrete block Type C1(1:3:6)(using 20 mm graded aggregate) masonry with solid solid blocks exc 10cm width and setting in mortar(1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour forProviding precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, 35mm thick type B0 (1:2:4) used 12.5mm graded stone aggregate and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as spd and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on brick work or block masonry surfaces of wall(for manholes), finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid seperatly.

M & L for Reinforced concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels, Beams, bands etc complete all as directed by the Engr In charge.

M&L for Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers,lintels, cantilevers, shelves,bands ,including sup- ports, overhangs,etc. also splays between floors and beams, et complete as specified and as directed.

S&F TMT Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete as specified and as directed.

Description all as per item No 11 above but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as spd and directed.

Material and labour for applying one coat of exterior wall primer and two coats of Exterior Emulsion anti-algae weather proof paint on new or old plastered surface including preperation of the surface complete all as per manufacturer instruction as directed

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove incl brushing neat cement slurry with 3.00kg of cement per sqm.

M & L for Granite stone slab in flooring of approved colour 16-18 mm thick machine cut, leather finished, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone, laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1 :6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Granite stone slab in skirting/dado of approved colour 16-18 mm thick machine cut, rounding edges, leather finished, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone, laid over and including rendering/ backing coat 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface Excavation not exceeding 30cm deep and averging 15 cm deep and getting out in hard / dense soil.

M&L hardcore of gauge n.exc 63 mm deposited, spread & levelled in layers n. exc 15 cm thick, watered & rammed to a true surface with broken stone or boulders complete as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 20 mm graded stone agg 75mm thick as in pavings or hard standing including finish the surface and rough to receive the top finish.

M&L for endura Pavement concrete tiles of size 30cmx30cmx10 to 12mm thick ,set ,jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigments of required colour over 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM91:6) complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Jhonson/Somani/Orient/Bell or equivalent.

M&L Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc, including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories like dome, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing conforming to Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) quality-B complete all as directed by the Engr-In-Charge.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggragate for steps; seismicand other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses,lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height,copings, kneelers, apex stones,bed plates, s and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary formwork complete all as directed
