Repairs to chajjas including dismantling of old damaged concrete and P/l of R.C.C. work including the cost of reinforcement in 1:1.5:3 mix including cement plastering in 1:4 and formwork and scaffolding complete job

Removing of vegetation/bushes including cleaning of rooftops and chajjas and disposal of mulba from working site to out of municipal limit.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm of approved brand and manufacturer over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete (Birla white/JK)

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacturer on wall surface.

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade on new work (two or more coats applied @ 1.67 liters/10 sqm over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm) (Apex/ excel/weather coat)
