Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces with 8 to 12 tonne power roller incl filling in soft spots hollow and depression etc which occurs during rolling for portion coming on cutting/original ground only to required level gradient or camber etc including watering before or during rolling, complete all as specified and as directed.(for road portion only)

Surface excavation not exceeding 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

200mm thick (spread thickness) soling (or sub base) with broken boulder or quarried stone, interstices filled, using sand stone, lime stone, flint or quartzite, surface formed, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and as directed.

150 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM in two layers, each layer of 75mm thickness with coarse aggregate of grading 2 (63mm to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size) using sand stone, lime stone, flint or quartzite, spread, watered, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camberwith 8 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing unsurfaces WBM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 sq metre using paving Bitumen of grade VG-10, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with paving bitumen of grade VG-30, 5.5 % binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Paving Bitumen grade VG-30. ( For Price adjustment in Job Mix Formula) Rate is Rs 50.03 is for per Kg.

Continuous brick edging with width equal to width of brick, well burnt, sub class 'B' brick laid dry on end vertically, including neccessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m, complete all as specified and as directed.

Execavation over areas n.exec 1.5m deep in any type of soil and getting out all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated spoil to a distance not exec. 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exec. 1.5 metre above the starting point, all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm.

M&L for forming embarkment including rough excavation in soil ( cost of soil and removal of soil brought from outside the defence land included in the quoted rate) spreading in layers n.exc 30cm thick each layer and rolling with 8 to 10 tonne power roller and finishing the surface to required gradient and camber n.exc 1.5m high from base exc. all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 2.5 mm thick Hot thermo plastic road marking material strips conforming to British specification 3762 with 20% glass beads having reflective index of 1.5mm, 75% spherical indigenous or for foundation plan having sufficient strength to withstand heavy load without deformaion and having softening point 25 to 30 of area in width of 15 cm strip in white or golden yellow colour according to IRC35-1970. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note. Thermo plastic road marking paint shall be of make Aisan/ STP Ltd./Road Nevigator

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete pipe 600mm bore, class NP2, ISI mark laid and jointed in cement mortar (1:2) complete with collars, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded, crushed stone aggregate) as in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, bed blocks and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles as directed including necessary form work and finishing the exposed surfaces, complete all as specified.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded, crushed stone aggregate) as in in foundation filling and mass concerting all as specified.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan, exc 6M mean radius, built in CM 1:4, complete all as specified.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair face of brick wall or concrete surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified.

Preparation of new plastered wall/ concrete surface and apply three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.
