Providing and fitting of machinery and equipment parts of Over Head Transmission Crane by Replacing the Inner ring gear bearing by the new one of same profile by way of disconnecting of the 05-ton EOT crane from the main supply. Lowering down of complete assembly of motor alongwith hoisting drum from top of the crane to the floor level with chain pulley block and other suitable arrangement carefully so that machine doesn’t get damaged. Shifting of the motor and other accessories to the workshop for replacement of components. Dismantling the entire motor along with hoisting mechanism Shifting the motor along with hoisting mechanism back to Lakhanpur station and then lifting the motor and hoisting winch up to the crane structure. Assembling the hoisting winch and fixing it at its position, making all electrical connections and testing the crane to its full capacity. The complete Job includes the cost of material, labour charges, transportation charges etc. Complete Job. Providing and fitting of machinery and equipment parts of liquid rotor starter Unit No. 06 for operating 450 HP 6.6 KV HT motor by way of replacing the spares like new fixed and moving electrodes at their respectable places by using new nuts and bolts and applying the Zinc paint / spray of superior quality on electrodes. Filling the tank with simple solution of sodium carbonate and water in required ratio. Applying grease to different components of the driving mechanism such as gear and pinion sprocket and chain, rollers etc. Dismantling shorting contactor. Providing and fitting new spares of 03 no’s new bus bar fabricated out of electrolyte grade copper. Cleaning cable box and control box with CRC spray and applying inhibiting grease to the terminal to prevent moisture and corrosion. Above providing and fitting is achieved by disconnecting all the incoming connections of liquid rotor starter of unit no. 06 and removing top cover after draining the liquid electrolyte solution of water and sodium. Extracting damaged/burnt fixed and moving electrodes of LRS by cutting rusted/overheated nuts and bolts. Cleaning the inside of electrolyte tank with emery paper to remove corrosion and painting from inside by applying two coats of superior enamel. Replacing contactor MNX-400 by providing and fitting of new spare contact kit along with spare coil. Job also includes providing and fitting of new phase reversal relay 1 no., forward contactor MNX-18- 01 no, electronic timer 1 no., overloading relay 01 no., limit switches 02 no., indicators 02 no., auxiliary contactor 1 no. and fuses 02 nos. Providing and fitting of Al thimbles to 1000 square mm single core cable both at 06 no. LRS and motor side. Job includes crimpling Al thimbles to the cable end by using crimping tool. Tightening all the nuts and bolts to ensure no connection is left lose.Maintenance of contact tips by rubbing/ cleaning the surface with cotton wool. Removing moisture content on contact by applying acetone or carbon tetrachloride with dry cloth. Complete job includes cost of materials, labour charges, charges for hiring tool and tackles required for execution of work, transportation charges etc.
