Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One Cement, Five sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, etc. which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specifcation. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid).

Providing in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456-2000, using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite store jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ration of 0.55, including admixture (plasticiser/Super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improveworkability without impairing strength and durability with about (5 cu.m.) 7730 kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m.) 7670 kg. of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing etc., and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, beams etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of mateials).

For Foundation and basement

In Ground Floor

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification. and as directed by the departmental officers. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire).

Construction of Brick work in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement and six sand) using using best quality II class Ground moulded chamber burnt bricks of size 9" x 43/8"x 2 3/4"in for foundation andbasement and super structure,complying withstandard specification including curingetc complete as directed by the departmental officers.

For Foundation and basement

Construction of brick partition walls of following thickness using best quality II class ground moulded chamber burnt bricks of size 9" x 4-3/8" x 2 3/4" in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) using hoop iron reinforcement if found necessary including curing etc. complete and as directed by the departmental officers. (Hoop iron reinforcement will be measured and paid for separately).

S.S. in Ground floor (11.50cm)

Paving the floor with best quality Stain Free Nano Polish Vetrified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three M-sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be Johnson / Kajaria / Somany / Nitco / RAK which has to be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Flooring with following ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6 mm laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) base mortar over the existing slab / floor including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Self Designed Colour Ceramic Tiles

Dadooing walls with following best approved quality, white / colour glazed tiles of following sizes set in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two sand) 10mm thick and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Dadooing with printed design colour glazed tiles of size 300mm x 200mm x 6mm

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position Aluminium glazed sliding window (Two track) with anodised aluminium natural colour matt finish frames and extruded aluminium sections as mentioned below in all floors with sliding arrangements and gutter arrangements so as to drain the water entering with following accessories such as rubber beeding, best quality rollers, handle lock including supplying and fixing 4mm thick plain glass including cost of all materials, labour, power consumption charges required for fabrication,drilling holes in RCC columns, floor, slabs, mansory walls wherever necessary with power drills to the required extent and make good to the original condition after fixing and also as directed. All the aluminum sections are to be anodised with matt finish under electrically controlled condition in accordance with I.S.1868/1962 for an average anodic film thicknessof 15 microns. Supplying fabricating and fixing in position of anodised aluminium natrual colour matt finish openable ventilator in all floors made with extruded aluminmum section of outer frame section is 27.70 x 33 x 2mm @ 0.50 Kg/m, vertical mullion of size 59x33x2.5 mm @0.936 Kg/m. shutter of Z section of 21x24x2.50mm @ 0.525 Kg/m and aluminimum clips 0.109 Kg/m. using rubber beeding, hinges, A1 handle, lock, and fixing of 4mm thick plain glass etc. including cost of all materials, labour, power charges, drilling holes in RCC columns floor masonry walls wherever necessary and make good to the original condition after fixing etc. complete. The aluminium frames to be anodized matt finish iunder electrically controlled condition in accordance with ISI 1986 for an average anodic film thickness of not less than 15 microns. All aluminium sections and furniture fittings should be got approved by the Engineer-in-charge before use on works.

Supplying and fixing the Solid PVC door shutters using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm x 30mm. The over all size of top rail, Lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm x 30mm. The over all size of frames shall be 50mm x 45mm, with suitable rabate for housing the shutter.

Supplying and fixing M.S.Grills for Gate of approved design for open countryard, grill, grill work to doors and window openings etc. using necessary mild steel flats for inner and outer members which should be fixed on edges including cutting the members, welding, grining, one coat of priming coat using best approved quality red oxide primer, dismantling of walls / concrete if necessary, fixing and finishign the dismantled portion to oringinal condition etc. complete complying with standard specification as directed by departmental officers.

Supply and installation of Anutone (or) Euivalent Brand of Acoustical False Ceiling of subtex nubby, square edge, glass fibre core fully encapsulated ceiling tile of size 595 x 595 x 15mm having volume density 120 Kgs / m3, weight 1.8 / 2.4 / 3 kg / m2 which is suspended by using 0.3mm thick skelet trelis T15 metal grid system. Skelet trelis T15 metal grid system of 600 x 600mm module includes skelet WA15 W30 wall angle with unequal flanges of 15 / 19mm, length 3000mm, fixed along the perimeter of walls with the help of nylon sleeves and suitable fasteners at 300mm centers. Then suspend the skelet MT15 W36 MainT with flange width 15mm, height 32mm and length 3600mm, from the soffit slab with help of soffit cleat and wire rod with leveling spring clip at 1200mm centres. Skelet CT15 W12 CrossT with flange width 15mm, height 26mm and length 1200mm is interlocked into the pre-cut slots in the Main T15 at 600mm centers in the perpendicular direction to the Main T15. Finally, the skelet CT15W06 CrossT with flange width 15mm, height 26mm and length 600mm are interlocked into the precut slots in the CT15W12 CrossT in direction parallel to the Main T15 to result in 600 x 600mm module. The subtex nubby square edge of size 595 x 595 x 15mm shall be placed into the grid size of 600 x 600mm. Ensure arrow marks behind the tiles are oriented in one direction to achieve uniform shade. The systems to achieve noise reduction coefficient not less than 0.9 NRC, so as to have an neat appearance as directed by the department offices. Supplying and fixing the Wall Panelling with the following specification fixing horizontally and vertically in position of wall. Fixing the water proof ply wood 9mm thick board over the country wood planks. Over the ply wood OST sheet of 4mm thick will be fixed with necessary screws and fevicol giving neat finsih. The top will be finished with two coats of sanding polishing. The surface will be finished with necessary design as directed by the Departmental Officers. The rate inclusive of all materials, labour power and conveyance of materials to the work site, loading & unloading etc., and as per drawing and design by the Departmetnal Officers. The water proof ply wood and OST sheet and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Special Ceiling Plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) 10mm thick including hacking the surfaces, providing cement mortar nosing, beading for sunshades, staircases, steps, landing slabs and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

White washing one coat with freshly burnt white shell lime in all floors including cost of lime, blue, powder, fevicol type gum, brushes, scaffolding charges, etc.,. Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic Interior emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a primer coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

White washing two coats with freshly burnt white shell lime in all floors including cost of lime, blue, powder, fevicol type gum, brushes, scaffolding charges, etc.,. Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed Exterior emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide priming coat in all floors including cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Supplying and laying vinyl flooring 2mm thick including labour charges etc. complete and as directed by the departmental officers.
