Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation pipeline trenches drain (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sq. m. on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50m. a) All kinds of soil.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation rom drain and foundation of other structures graded and compactedwith static road roller to meet requirement of Table 300-2 as per MORTH specification 305

Supplying of laterite stone soling of size 150-200 mm size and murrum having P.I. Value not more than 6 and laying including packing with smaller stones and consolidation with power road roller including spreading, watering and consolidation of binding material etc. (Measurements shall be considered on finished item) .

Providing and laying 50mm(consolidated thickness)full grout using granitic or basaltic stone of specified grading at 6.00 cu.m. per 100 sq.m. grouting with hot bitumen straight run bitumen(or with such bituminous material of grade and type as specified by the Engineer-in-Charge)at 5.0kg. per sq. m. binding with key aggregate of granitic or basaltic stone of specified grading at 1.5 cu.m. per 100 sq.m. including Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminious surface laid with F.E loader with 1 Cu.m. bucket capacity to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A seal coat with 0.98 kg/sqm of bitumen of grade as per MoRT&H specifications clause 513.

Providing and laying bituminious concrete with 40-60 TPH Drum Mix type Hot mix plant producing an average output of 50 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminious binder to mix with filler, transporting the hotmix to work site, with all leads laying with a hydrostatic/hydraulic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, including providing antistripping agent @ 0.5 of bitumen content rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory or tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT&H Specifications Clause 509 Grade-II (13mm nominal size) @ 6.5% Bitumen of grade 60/70

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen grade of 80/100 or bitumen emulsion using pressure distributor on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per MoRT&H specifications clause 503.Bitumen 80/100@ 0.375 kg/sq.m ( Antistripping agent @ 0.5% of bitumen conten) (Antistripping agent @ 0.5% of bitumen content)

Providing and laying non-pressure NP2 class (light duty) RCC pipes with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand ) including testing of joints, etc. complete. B) 250 mm dia RCC pipe.
