SITC of 250W LED light New generation energy saving & environmental friendly, long life, pressure die - cast aluminium housing Flood Light with PC diffused lens enclosure over LED for glare free light compartment with IP66 protection complete with associated accessories suitable for operation on 230 volts, 50 Hz AC supply i/c connections etc. as reqd. Supply of 6 Meters long MS Round pipe pole with single arm horizontal bracket /plate of 2 Meter length suitable for mounting of 3 nos 250 W LED Fitting & in built Junction box consisting bakelite sheet, 3 nos 6amp SP MCB & 3nos 6 amp connector etc. for making connection with suitable size of copper wire in the box. Bottom and top diameter of the pole shall be 150mm & 125 mm respectively with 3mm thickness and base plate of size 250mmX250mmX12mm and 4 nos. foundation bolts of 16mm dia X 450 mm length with nuts & washers etc. complete as required as per drawing attached.

Erection of the above light pole on RCC foundation i/c making the 1:2:4 RCC foundation of size 600mm X 600mm and height of 1000mm below gruond level and 300mm above ground level i/cS/F of Raft, Verticals & Ring TOR rods, making Raft of size 900mmX900mm with 1:4:8 PCC & fixing of anchor bolts, plastering the exposed surface etc. complete as required as per drawing attached.

Supplying and drawing 3 core 4 sqmm PVC insulated PVC seathed copper conductor cable with relevent IS specification for looping between Junction box to Fitting as required. [ Havells make or SS Make ]

Supplying and embedding 32mm dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in pole collar/ foundation (during casting) for cable entry including bending the pipe to the required shape complete as required.

Supplying and fixing following way, horizontal type three pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 415 V, on surface / recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator)

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.
