Extra for brick work with common burnt clay bricks/cement concrete bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level incl. all leads, lifts & carriage of material by M.T. H.L.

12mm Cement plaster of mix:1: 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand) incl. all leads, lifts and carriage of material by M.T. / H.L.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) in patches of area 2.5 sq. metres & under including cutting the patch in proper shape ranking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground ,all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing 35mm thick glazed shutters of Second class deodar wood for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 10 kg/ sqm (4 mm thick) float glass panes including black enameled ISI marked M.S. butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles of Size of tile 600x600 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete

Providing and fixing fly proof galvanised M.S. wire gauge to windows and clerestory windows using galvanised M.S. wire gauge with average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia 0.63 mm all complete.With 2nd class teak wood beading 62 x 19 mm
