Taking down chowkats with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area not exc 1.5 Sqm each including making good disturbed portions of wall with new or old bricks and lintel,cills, etc as per existing specifications complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Powder coated aluminium sliding window frame with movable shutter ( sliding on minimum two PVC roller of best quality, for each shutter on three tracks with stainless steel mosquito proofing and glazing shutter with neoprene rubber gasket with aluminium beading, clips,frame made with aluminium section as appended below- (i) Window frame :68.4x38mm X 1.15 mm thick for three tracks. (ii) Top/bottom rail and style / rail of shutter : 15x37.5x1.15 mm thick and over. (iii) Aluminium beading - 0.7mm thick (iv) Stainless steel wire cloth 0.45mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperature 1.40mm and fixed in aluminium window or alongwith F/Y section fixed with aluminium wire staples complete. (v) Aluminium fittings such aluminium suitable handle with auto interlock cap with suitable size. (vi) Making good of wall surfaces with silicon to match with existing surfaces complete all as directed. Notes: Rate quoted is inclusive for provn of above items in frame with shutter. Glass and wire mesh shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F powder coated aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators and kitchen cupboards frame size 100x44mm and 1.2mm thick or approriate size as approved by GE with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc and add for powder coating (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) complete all as specified. Weight of section should not less than 1.12 kg per RM.

S&F Anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS : 1868 with minium anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engr-in-Charge.

S&F sheet glass 5.5mm thick ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n exc 0.5 Sqm each pane complete all as specified & directed.

S&F galvanised Stainless steel wire cloth, 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm and fixed with tinned tacks or galvanesed wire stapels complete all as specifed and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, aches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks old size straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks old size straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Rendering 15mm thick (10mm+5mm) in two layer in cement plaster 1:4 on in two layer other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed(WPC measured and paid separately) Note: WPC to be used and measured only in top layer(5mm) of plastering.

M&L 10mm thick cement plaster on other than fair faces of brick surfaces or concrete surfaces (on internal surface) in CM 1:6 without using extra cement including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying 3mm thick wall care putty on wall surfaces incl rubbing down the surfaces with sand paper after getting dried all as directed to obtain a smooth & even surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion distemper white or tinted on newly plastered decorated or undecorated wall surface including preparation of surfaces by washing rubbing down and stopping of any surfaces of walls complete all as specified.

M & L applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion distemper white or tinted on old decorated or undecorated wall surface including preparation of surfaces by washing rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces complete all as specified.

S&F TMT bars 5mm and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders bent to shape required,including binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than .9mm dia complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L RCC 1:1.5:3 type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed aggregate as in slab, shelves and stair case etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm rendering in CM 1:4 including water proofing compound @2% of cement over roof surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specifed and directed. Note: WPC to be mesured and paid for Separately.

M&L for Applying bituminous primer @ 0.40 litre per Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof including parapet surfaces complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for Applying evenly a tack coat of induatrial bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm complete all as specifed and directed.

One layer of APP based polymeric membrane of approved manufacturer, 3mm thick, weight not less than 3.00 Kgs per Sqm , reinforced with non woven polyester fabric or weight not less than 150 gms per Sqm . Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height 60 cm (minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing complete all as specified and directed. M&L for Aluminium paint 2 coat on Surfaces of any description, over10cm in width or girth complete all as specifed and directed.

PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.50mm crushed stone aggregates as in roof padding finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specifed and directed.

Disconnecting Existing Tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position ( cleaning, repairing, etc measured separately) exc. 250 Litre and n. exc. 500 Litre complete all as specifed and directed.

S & F in repairs Rotational moulded polyethlene water storage tanks three layered of 500 ltrs capacity ISI marked (cylindrical vertical with closed top) white in colour hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I including 20mm thick Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high-density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 20mm-210 gms including dismantling of old broken water tanks and refixing of inlet, outlet & over flow pipe etc complete all as specified and as directed.
