CIVIL WORKS (PART-I) Construction of double under reamed bored pile foundation of 300mm dia upto 7.50 mtr long with RCC M-25 using crushed broken hard granite chips of 20mm and down graded with required design with cost conveyance taxes cost of all materials and labour etc complete as per specification and direction of Engineer in charge

Earth work in excavation of foundation in all kinds soil including dressing and levelling the beds within 50m. initial lead and 1.5m. initial lift with cost, conveyance, taxes as per specification and direction of Engineer in charge

Filling foundation and plinth with excavated earth well water and rammed in layers not exceeding 23cm in depth with all leads and lifts including cost conveyance taxes cost of all materials and labour etc complete as per specification and direction of Engineer in charge

Filling foundation and plinth with good quality river sand with watering and ramming including cost, conveyane, cost of all materials and labour etc complete as per direction and specification of Engineer in charge

Supplying, diluting and preparing Chemical Emulsion like CHLORPYRIPHOS or other chemicals approved by Central Insecticides Board or as directed by the manufacturer and spraying the mixture uniformly by sprayer as pre-constructional Anti Termite Treatment and creating a chemical barrier under and around the column pits, wall trenches, basement excavation, top surface of plinth filling, junction of walls and floors along with external perimeter of the building, expansion joints, surrounding the pipes and conduits etc. complete at the rate of 7.5 liters (or as directed by the manufacturer) per sqm on vertical and 5.0 liters per sqm on horizontal surfaces, 50% of the emulsion to be filled in the holes made in trenches at 150mm center to center etc.complete as per IS:6313/1981(Part-II) and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including cost of all materials, labour, taxes, etc. complete

Cement concrete (1:3:6) in foundation and plinth using 4cmsize hard crusher broken granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including lowering, laying concrete watering, curing etc, complete to required levels laid in layers to required thickness including cost, conveyances, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc, complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Fly Ash Bricks masonry (25cmx12cmx8cm) having crushing strength not less than 75Kg/sqcm in cement mortar (1:6) after immersing the bricks for six hours in water before use in Foundation and Plinth for ornamental flower beds, plinth molding and similar such type of works with all necessary projections, cutting, circular molding, corbelling, watering, curing etc. including cost, conveyances, royalties of materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete along with testing of strength as per relevant I.S.standard andas per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge. Fly Ash Bricks masonry (25cmx12cmx8cm) having crushing strength not less than 75Kg/sqcm in cement mortar (1:6) after immersing the bricks for six hours in water before use in Superstructure and for ornamental flower beds, plinth molding and similar such type of works with all necessary projections, cutting, circular molding, corbelling, watering, curing etc. including cost, conveyances, royalties of materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete along with testing of strength as per relevant I.S.standard andas per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.
