Cleaning and Grubbing Road Land Cleaning and Grubbing Road Landincluding uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, saplings and trees having girth upto 300mm,removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of un serviceable materials and stacking of serviceable materials upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exeeding 150 mm in thickness

Excavation in soil using Hydraulic excavator and Tippers with disposal upto 1000 meters Excavation for Road work in soil with Hydraulic Excavator including cutting and loading in Tippers , Trimming Bottom and side slopes in accordance with Requirements of lines, grades and cross sections and transporting suitable earth to the embankment location and disposing of unsuitable earth with all lift and lead upto 1000 m as per relevent clauses of section 300 of specifications.

Embankment Construction with Material obtained from Borrow pits Construction of embankment with approved material having CBR > 7 obtained from Borrow pits with all lift and leads transporting to site, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requrement of table 300-1,300-2 and as relevant clauses of section 300

Water Bound Macadam -II Providing , Laying ,spreding and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreding in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory rollar 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregates, watering and compacting to the required density as per clause 404 of specifications (i) Grading -II (63 to 45 mm) using screening type A (13.2 mm aggregates)

Water Bound Macadam -III Providing , Laying ,spreding and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreding in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory rollar 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregates, watering and compacting to the required density as per clause 404 of specifications (i) Grading -III (53 to 22.4 mm) using screening type B (11.2 mm aggregates)

Prime coat Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.75 Kg. per square meter using mechanical means as per clause 502 of specifications.

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.75 Kg. per square meter using mechanical means as per clause 502 of specifications. Providing and applying Tack coat with low viscosity Bitumen of VG-10 grade using bitumen pressure sprayer on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom and as per relevant clauses of section- 503 of specifications. Open- Graded Premix Surfacing Providing Laying and rolling of open graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or cut back emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing coarse on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled rollar 8-10 tonnes capacity finished to required level and grades all complete as per clause 510 of specifications. Case- I: Mechanical method using penetration grade Bitumen VG-30 and HMP of appropriate capacity not less than 75 tonnes/Hour

Providing Laying and rolling of open graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or cut back emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing coarse on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled rollar 8-10 tonnes capacity finished to required level and grades all complete as per clause 510 of specifications. Providing and Laying seal coat, sealing the voides in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels grade and cross fall using Type "A" and "B" seal coats all complete as per clause 511 of specifications. Case- II: Type "B"Providing and laying of premix sand seal coat using HMP of appropriate capacity not less than less than 75 tonnes/Hour using crused stone chipping (Aggregates shall pass 2.36 mm sieve and retained to 180 micron sieve) and penetration between VG-30 of suitable grade all complete as per clause 511 of specifications

Edging with 2nd class Bricks, laid dry lengthwise including excavation, refilling,consolidation with a hand packing and spreding nearly surplus earth with in a lead of 50 meters

Dressing of Daula including all cost of labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.
