M&L Brickwork with fly ash bricks, old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in Cement Mortar 1:6 including old unserviceable demolition of brick work, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete 1:4:8, Type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) in foundations etc. including old unserviceable demolition of cement concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick Plain cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base finished even and fair including demolition of cement concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement including demolition of old unserviceable cement concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade A, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Forming Construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade A, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted corrugated galvalume aluminium zinc coating AZ-150 gm/sqm GI based steel sheet 0.5mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa, as in roof covering/wall cladding bent in curved shape, fixed to existing truss with self tapping screws, neoprene and EPDM washers including dismantling of old unserviceable plain or corrugated steel sheet, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F plain galvanized 1.00mm thick mild steel sheeting in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drips and straight flashings, length and girth as fixed of class VIII, including dismantling of old unserviceable ridge, hips, valley, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume plain aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof/door covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, neoprene and EPDM washers including dismantling of old unserviceable sheet, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Fibre glass reinforced translucent poly carbonate corrugated sheet having thickness 2mm matching with Galvalume sheet roofing with adequate end and side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof including dismantling of old unserviceable plain or corrugated steel sheet, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Rolled mild steel in framed work as in doors or gates/truss/purlin of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc., to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing Fe-410 W (Gde E-250) quality B including dismantling of old unserviceable wrought iron or mild steel work, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick walls or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking out for key, scrubbing down with water and removing rubbish etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 10 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) on walls in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) on walls including mix with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Water Proofing Compound, complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new plastered or un-plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Three coats of white washing on new plaster and unplaster of wall surfaces including preparation of wall surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L One coat of synthetic enamel paint over old steel & iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm in width or girth, including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. including dismantling of old unserviceable wrought iron or mild steel work, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome red oxide primer on new steel surfaces width or girth exc 10cm including preperation of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete C-1 type 1:3:6 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains including dismantling the old unserviceable PCC, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement concrete work in pavement/hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25 cm or less including finishing surface of concrete roads, pavements, by brooming, complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Quoted rate shall includes for cost of form work. (ii) Cost of Design Mix shall include in Unit rate. (iii) Design Mix of flexural concrete shall be submitted by Contractor to GE & work shall be executed after approval of design mix.
