Taking down rusted steel windows/ventilators of any description and size including shutters, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Aluminium anodised (powder coated) Three track sliding window frame with shutters with (2 nos glazed and one wire gauzed shutter) including all necessary joining cleats, hold fast, rubber gasket, snap beading and locking arrangements fixed with screws to wall etc. complete with glazing and including 5 mm thick tinted glass to aluminium frame work using rubber gasket and including stainless steel wire cloth of 0.36 mm dia & average width of aperture 1.40mm with staple or suitable fillets wire mesh fitted with screws and washers as specified by Engineer-in-Charge with the following section of frame and shutter:- (A) Sections for shutter :- (i) 'Vertical' section 38 x 20 x 1.5 mm thick. (ii) 'Interlock' section 38 x 20x 1.50 mm thick. (iii) 'Top/ Bottom' section 41 x 20 x 1.50 mm thick. (B) Section for frame :- (i) Top & Sides 92.36 x 29.70 x 1.50 mm thick. (ii) Bottom 92.36 x 29.70 x 1.50 mm thick and also making good to plaster and paint in aluminium window complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Framed work such as grills,gratings, guardbars,rivited or forged in to spikes framed guard bars , barrede doors, ladder etc... complete Fe 290 - (Gde-E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel and Iron surface of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Anodised powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) frame for windows, ventilators or aluminium frame for partition works etc with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified

S&F Anodised aluminium powder coated door, windows, ventilators shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/ m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, ruber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminum snap beading screws etc. complete all as specified

S&F 4.8 mm thick glass ordinary quality, frosted on one side fixed to aluminium frame work n. exc 0.5 Sq. m in each pane complete all as specified & as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall surfaces including glazed tiles wherever exists including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 5mm thick plastering on ceiling surfaces in CM (1:3) surface finished even and fair, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20mm thick (in two layer) plastering on fair face of Brick surface with CM (1:4) mixed with WPC finish surface even and smooth with out using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.
