M&L for stone walling of random rubble masonry uncourse, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM (1:6) , etc including demolition of brick/stone masonry drains around runway/links of any description and in any position built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches pillar etc including removal of earth/silt deposited in drains or debris received from demolition out of airfield area complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM (1:6) including cutting of earth, forming and cleaning of sides and bottom of demolished drain including demolition of brick/stone masonry drains around runway/links of any description and in any position built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches pillar etc including removal of earth/silt deposited in drains or debris received from demolition out of airfield area complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drain bed including demolition of PCC and removing from site complete all as specified made to shape and size as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0, (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping including necessary form work including demolition of PCC and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick surface or stone including raking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and prepared to the plaster complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair face of brick walls in CM (1:4) surface finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for flush pointing to random rubble masonry/stone walling in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for scrapping of existing water base paint/ reflective paint on rigid/flexible pavement of runway by manually with wire brush, steel scraper or mechanically and brooming down the surface including removal of debris outside the runway etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coat of water base paint for painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc on bituminous/concrete surfaces exceeding 10cm width with Machine (Air/ Airless spray applications). Colour of Water base paint will be white, yellow, black & red as per the requirement in Air field complete all as specified and directed . Paint shall be conforming to IS-164 of Berger "Guideline RM 164" , Asian paints "Apcotrak IS" or equivalent as approved by GE. Specification of the machine is as under :- Graco line lazer 5900 with 2 guns, Graco line lazer 200HS or equivalent with same specifications.

Description all as per item No 11 here-in-before but, including Black Border complete all as specified and directed

Description all as per item no 11 here-in-before but one coat of retro reflective paint to obtain WFT 300 microns including drop on glass beads @ 350 grams per Sqm (TTB 1325 type III and having refractive index 1.9) . Paint shall be of Berger "Guideline Airfield WBR paint/Sigmark WB Airfield Paint" , Asian paints "Apcotrak WBR" or equivalent as approved by GE.

Description all as per item No 13 here-in-before but, including Black Border complete all as specified and directed

M&L cleaning down the old treated surface of under/over shoot area of runway to remove dust, dirt by wire brushes and brooming down the surface, cleaning with water and applying evenly 02 (two) coat of cement base paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthen shoulder levelling by removing/filling of existing moorum/ soil depth of soil n exc 30 cm in depth complete all as specified and directed. Make of machine : JCB and grader, water bowser or equivalent as approved by GE. Note : Rates are included for moorum/soil as approved by Engr-in charge by the contractor and removing/throwing away as specified above.

M&L for cutting of grass, bushes, shrubs etc around signage/DTGM boards/Controller huts, edges of runway/links shoulders & RCC covered drains etc in airfield area mechanically by petrol driven brush cutter upto ground level and making the area neat and clean by removing/throwing the grass clippings/rubbish to a distance not less than 500 mtrs away from runway complete all as specified and directed. Make of machine : KishanKraft KK-BC-8640 or equivalent as approved by GE. Note : Rates are included for collection of grass clippings/rubbish manually by extra labours deployed by the contractor on same day and removing/throwing away as specified above.

M&L for cutting of grass, shrubs and vegetation of any type & height on runway/ links/dispersal shoulders by Grass Mowers Mulcher machine operated with tractor upto ground level and making the area clean by collecting the grass clippings/rubbish in grass catcher mechanically and throwing to a distance not less than 500 mtrs away from runway complete all as specified and directed. Make of machine : Maschio or equivalent as approved by GE. Note : Contractor shall deploy extra labours without any extra cost for collection of grass clippings/rubbish left over or not collected in grass catcher by manually on same day and removing/throwing away as specified above.

Supply only 02 x Tractors of minimum 40 HP engine (alongwith one driver, one helper & Fuel) for fixing grass mower attachment provided by Airforce and cutting of grass & shurbs upto ground level complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1. Working days shall be decided by Airforce Authorities. 2. Working time will be from 6.00 AM onwards and upto 2.00 PM. Any change in timing will be decided jointly by Engr-in-charge and Airforce authorities.

M&L for repair of concrete slab or pavement damaged/spoiled edges/surfaces cut to rectangular section, removing all loose and foreign material and disposing off the same to a distance exc 200M but n.exc 500M and cleaning the surface and filling with epoxy resin all as per manufacturer's instruction including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair of concrete slab or pavement damaged/spoiled edges/surfaces cut to rectangular section, removing all loose and foreign material and Airforce Authorities off the same to a distance exc 200M but n.exc 500M and cleaning the surface and filling FLEXOPATCH-ELASTOMERIC CONCRETE all as per manufacturer's instruction including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete ( reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in shelves, cover slabs for manholes/drains etc set in cement mortar (1:6) including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately)

S&F mild steel TMT bars of 8 to10 mm dia and cut to length, bent to shape as required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for column hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia for securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.
