Supply and fixing of Air Circuit Breaker (ACB) in replacement, 4 pole, draw-out type, electrically operated (EDO), EasyPact MVS32N, rated current 3200 Amps, rated operational voltage 440 Volts AC, 50 Hz, conforming to IEC 60947-2, with high short-time withstand capacity and Ics = 100% Icu, Utilization Category B, Icu/Ics = 50 kA at 440 Volts AC, suitable for total selectivity, complete with microprocessor-based ET6G trip unit providing overload, short-circuit, instantaneous and earth-fault protection, self-diagnostic facility and provision for on-load testing through TEST button, including electrically operated draw-out mechanism, all necessary standard accessories, auxiliary contacts, fault indication contacts, terminals and connections, and making good all connections with the existing panel/busbar arrangement, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Schneider Electric, Cat Part No. MVS32N4NW6L, or equivalent approved make.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of LT panels by cleaning/rubbing with coarse cloth and wire brushes to remove dust, dirt, oil, grease and loose/peeling paint, including minor surface preparation, and applying one spray coat of approved synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and shade, without disturbing, damaging or disconnecting the existing electrical network/system and equipment, including marking/lettering of details such as capacity/rating, incoming and outgoing feeders in capital English alphabets of required size, using suitable colour, and providing and fixing Danger notice plate with red colour radium reflective lettering/stickering, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for fabrication/repair of LT panel door covers made out MS Sheet 3mm thick necessary folding jointing as suitable at site with existing panel board indoor/outdoor including necessary welding, hinges and supports including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel spray paint over a coat of redoxide primer complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Transport charges for electric/gas welding machine from workshop to site and back shall be included in the rate quoted.

Decarbonizing / cleaning complete LT panel boards/ pillar boxes of 415 / 380 / 230 Volts, 3 phase bus bar chamber with electrical connections complete, after removing the complete bus bar from the bus bar chamber, cleaning with CTC and ensure proper decarbonizing including new bakelite of adaquate size where ever required re-fixing the same after applying Becktrol (Red) solution to the spout, checking all the connections, tightening the nuts, bolts, thimbles for incoming and outgoing system complete including renewal of defective/ rusted bolts, nuts, insulators etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F in repairs LED Indication Lamps 22.5mm dia R, Y, B 240 Volts DC/AC Neon type complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge. [Make: Kaycee/ Teknik/ L&T/ Vaishnov/ AE/Binay]

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 M deep and 1.5 M width and getting out in soft or loose soil for foundation of poles (or) cable laying complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soils complete all as specified and directed.

Removing/excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 M above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of LT XLPE insulated, sheathed, armoured heavy duty electric aluminium conductor cable 1100 Volts grade of size 2 core x 6 sqmm (laid in trenches, ducts, pole, wall etc.) including taking out old unserviceable LT cable from trenches/pole/ducts etc. complete all as specified and as as directed by engineer in charge.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of underground LT XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric aluminium conductor cable 1100 Volts grade of cross section 2 core x 10 sqmm (laid in terenches, ducts, pole,wall etc.) including taking out old unserviceable LT cable from trenches/pole/ducts etc. complete all as specified and as as directed by engineer in charge.
