The Agency Should be a valid registered in Government Registering Authorities. (NABL and ISO 9001: 2015 Certificate

Should have achieved an Annual Financial Turnover of Rs.600.00 Lakhs (Rs. Six Hundred lakhs) pertaining to consultancy works for any 02 (Two) financial year from last preceding Five years i.e. (2019-20 to 2023-24)

The tenderer to prove himself of having sufficient financial capabilities to execute consultancy assignment should submit (upload) K-form or Liquid asset or Credit facilities from any of the Nationalized/ Scheduled banks for value not less than Rs.90.00 Lakhs Addressing, Deputy Commissioner Mysuru

The Key professional staff shall be as detailed below ,Team Leader 1 No Master Graduate Minimum 15Year experience 10 Marks.Senior Engineer - 1 No Graduate Minimum10Year experience 10 Marks.Site Engineer 7 Nos Graduate Minimum 3Year experience or Diploma with 5 Years Experience 10 Marks.

Agency should have his own fully equipped National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratory NABL AICTE approved laboratory testing, Quality assurance of Civil, Electrical AND Mechanical application usage materials in Karnataka State only.

The agency shall have his own fully equipped Quality Analysis Mobile Laboratory for site inspection for Quality assurance of Civil, Electrical & Mechanical application usage materials at work site. Mobile Laboratory vehicle and document for the same should be submitted.
