SITC of 11 kV Outdoor Package Sub-Station Factory Assembled and Factory fitted by RMU & LT Switchgear OEM of Following Transformer & ACB Rating and consisting of A, B, C, D & E (Cost of RCC Foundation / Steel Structure to be paid Extra). All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. For additional technical parameters of products/ work , refer Annexure "A" attached with this BSR .

A) HT Compartment: Ring Main Unit 11kV 630 Amps 21KA for 3 Sec. SF6 insulated, non-extensible, Ring main unit consisting of 2 nos. manually operated Load Break Switch and 1 Nos. 630 Amp Vacuum Circuit Breaker (manually operated) with Copper busbar in SF6 insulated stainless steel enclosure of thickness 2.5mm Non ferrite nonmagnetic type 304 grade. Interconnection between HT switchgear and transformer by Suitable Sized Aluminium un-armoured HT XLPE Cable. The HV switchgear and control gear should be confirming to IEC-62271-100, IEC-62271-200-2003 & IEC-60694-1996. The Gas tank of the RMU should be internal arc tested for 20KA for 1Second. VI should be RMU Manufacturer’s own make. - 1 no. microprocessor based Self powered numerical relay with over Current/ earth fault & short circuit protection with each VCB feeder. - 3 Nos. Protection CT shall be of Burden 2.5VA, ratio 50/1A, Class of Accuracy class 5P10 for O/C and E/F protection for each VCB feeder - 1 No. Manometer - 1 No. Fault Passage Indicator for each Load Break switch.

B) Transformer: 11kV/433V, 3phase,50 HZ, Copper wound Dry Type outdoor type step down transformer having delta connection on primary side and star connection on secondary side complete with all modern fitting as given in the specification , off load tap changer (-10% +5% in the step of 2.5%) etc. as required as per compete with losses as latest ECBC Standards , Class H with 115 Deg temperature rise allowed . - One No. Winding Temperature Indicator with Alarm and trip Contc

C) LV Compartment: Incoming cum Outgoing with One number Fixed type 4 pole 415V ACB with molded case construction having breaking capacity 50KA with Ics = Icu = Icw (1 sec) = 50KA with microprocessor release for over current, earth fault & short circuit protections. Interconnection between Transformer & LT switchgear using Aluminum Bus bars of ACB Current rating with heat shrinkable colored sleeves.

D) The Outdoor enclosure shall be made of 1.5 mm mm thickness Galvanized Sheet Steel tropicalised to meet Indian weather conditions including all the partition Sheets & doors. The enclosure base shall be of 4.0 mm thickness Hot Dip Galvanized Sheet Steel. The entire Package Substation shall be Factory Assemble & Factory Fitted. The enclosure shall have IP54 degree of protection for HT & LT switchgear compartment IP-23 degree of protection for Transformer compartment. The Enclosure should be type tested for Internal Arc fault test to the tune of at least 21 KA for 1 second adhering to as per latest IEC 62271- 202. The offered enclosure should be type tested for K10 class temparature raise. TTR to be submitted. The enclosure exterior shall be powder coated. The compartment illumination lamp with door operated switch shall be provided for MV & LV compartment. Internal earthing connections by using 50x6mm GI Strips. Vacuum Interrupter, RMU, Transformer,LV switchgear, Outdoor enclosure should be of same make for better life cycle optimization.

E) All the Type test certificates of RMU, Transformer & LT Switchgear will be provided by Manufacturer and factory Tests of Package Substation as per OEM's QAP in it's own Manufacturing facility shall be witnessed by department Engineer virtually / Physically

Providing & Fixing of IK08, IP 66 protected LED Street Light Luminaire on existing bracket/pole. Fixture made of powder coated single piece pressure die cast aluminum material with heat dissipation fins on housing with UV stabilized PC (UV stablization report submitted for UV cover ) /Toughened Glass cover and secondary lens on each LED & should be SMD type of 3 to 5 watt each . The System efficacy >=125 lm/ wt and potted driver & has a unique BIS R number with Input Voltage AC 120 to 270 V AC with High voltage Cutoff @>=300 V AC and Auto resetting Safety , Power Factor >0.95 driver Efficiency >85% ,THD(I) <10% Humidity 10% to 90% RH Working Temp -5C to 45C . driver current <750mA. The luminaire shall be BIS certified and Trade mark certified. Life Expectancy Equal or more than 50000 burning hrs with Minimum 70% lumen maintened , CRI >70 and CCT 5700K +355K. Surge protection shall be min ≥ 4 KV internal and min 10 KV external inside driver compartment. driver should be Phase to phase protection of 440 V for 4 Hrs. Manufactures Word Mark/Name Engraved/Embossing on die cast housing to allow traceability/authenticity. Fixture shall be AS PER IS 10322 Complianced.OEM Must have its own in house NABL lab setup for all testing facilities for LED fixtures. (LM79/LM80) Certificate/ report with liable warranty of product/accessories from OEM shall be submitted. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge.
