Erection of turret HV/LV/TV side and erection of Bushing oil pipe line 6", 4", 3", 2" & 1" Gear box, OLTC pipe line, pump, flow meter, inspection cover, MOG etc. for complete work.
Complete evacuation of 160 MVA Transformer main tank and filling of Dry Air/Dry Nitrogen of dew point-50°c or better in vaccum Pressure of 0.25 Kg/squr cm. and then again evacuating Transformer After required time interval (approx. 12/24 hours) using centrifuging machine. The work shall include connecting pipe of machine as required measuring dew point values of N2 after every cycle till the required value is achieved.
Draining & flushing of T/F core winding in main tank with hot T/F oil through centrifuging machine.
Vaccum inside the tank and filling the T/F oil.
Centrifuging of T/F oil already fill in oil tanker taking IR/BDV/PPM value of T/F oil at an interval of 06 Hrs. as per norms. After the desire value top up the centrifuging T/F at required level (Machine shall be provided by contractor) (Approx. 49.16 KL).
Filling of the TF oil into Main tank & radiators from oil tanks under vaccum after performing vaccum stand test succesfully
Oil testing of TF oil after 15 days of energization BDV, PPM & DGA from approved laboratory.
Erection of Emulsifier system air of the water pipe line replacement of gasket & tightening nut and bolts.
Carriage of oil tank 20/35 KL any where within 100 Km. including loading, unloading and carriage at 220 KV S/S Gajokhar.
Rubbing cleaning and painting of 160 MVA T/F including emulsifier water & air pipe line with one coat of primer and 2 coat of existing colour synthetic enamel paint of 1st quality ASIAN/BERGER/NEROLAC make etc.
jumpering of HV/LV side bushing of the Transformer the scope of work envolving tightning of bushing clamps with appropriate size of bolts & nuts encluding replacement of clamps ,jumper are required cost enclude all labour and T&P but excluding the cost of jumper , clamp , bolt/nut which shall be provided by upptcl free of cost
