Providing & laying 50mm thick compacted hot mix hot laid Bituminous Macadam as per MoRT&H specification on prepared surface with hot mix plant and paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction using crusher broken hard granite stone chips of sizes 25- 10 mm @ 116.04 cum ; 10-5 mm @ 116.04 cum & 5 mm and below @ 58.02 cum per 205 cum of bitumen aggregate mix and Bitumen of specified grade (VG-30) @ 3.5% of the weight of the the mix excluding the cost of bitumen which will be paid separately.

Providing, laying and rolling of 20mm thick Mix Seal Srufacing Type -A composed of crusher broken hard granite stone chips of sizes 11.2mm to 0.09 mm @ 0.27 cum and penetration grade bitumen @ 22 Kg per 10 sqm of road surface laid to the required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in hot mix plant, laying by paver finisher and rolling with smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity as per MoRT&H specifications clause 512 in all respects but excluding the cost of bitumen.

Applying Tack coat on water bound Macadam (WBM) surface after scrapping , cleaning, removing dust & other foreign materials from the road surface and finally dusting with old gunny bags to receive bituminoustreatment and heating and applying hot straight run Bitumen (Viscosity Grade- 30 Packed) @ 0.75 Kg /Sqm (Payment for cost of bitumen to be made separately)

Applying Tack coat on Bituminous road surface including cleaning and preparing the existing road surface, heating and applying hot straight run Bitumen (Viscosity Grade- 30) @ 0.50 Kg/Sqm (Payment for cost of bitumen to be made separately).

Supply and consumption of specified grade of bitumen inclusive of all taxes and duties and transportation cost (Payment to be made as per theoretical consumption or as per testing of Bitumen Content at site, whichever is lower). Bitumen Viscosity Grade - 30 (VG-30 Packed)

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, disposed soil to be levelled and neatly dressed :All kinds of soil

Providing, laying, spreading and impacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retro-reflective) of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications.
