Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under including cutting the patch in proper shape raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with in 50 metres lead with cement mortor 1:4 (1 cement :4 fine sand).

Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 mtr lead. 1:3:6 or richer mix

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners shall be paid for separately): Sal wood

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows including lSI marked M.S. pressed Butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws excluding panelling which will be paid for separately,al! complete as per direction of engineer- in charge. Second kail wood (35mm thick)

Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 10kg/sqm (4mm thick) float glass panes including lSI marked M.S. pressed butt· hinges bright finished of required size with necessary 35 screws. second class Kail wood (35mm thick)

Applying priming coat with ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on woodwork (Hard and soft wood)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade two or more coats on new work.

Paintaing with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufactutre of required colour to give an even shade Old work (one or more coats)

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied @ 3.28 litre/1 Osqm over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied@ 2.20kg/10 sqm)

Painting of flower and logos around the Windows & Doors. Proper branding as per Health and Wellness Centres Drawings.
