Provision of the temporary air-conditioned sheds including stage, green room, LED screen, surveillance camera and PA system and temporary illumination and HVAC in connection with 63rd Convocation at IIT Madras

Hire charges for supply and erection of temporary shed / tent (German Tent) using prefabricated extrusion aluminium structure with 850gsm blackout white fabric (UV rays controlled) roofing as approved by IIT Madras. The tentative size of the size of sheds shall be 45m x 20m- 2 Nos. & 60 m x 30m -1 No.(The size of the shed may differ as per the requirement). The contractor shall obtain prior approval from IIT Madras for the shed / tent layout, design and other fixture. The rate quoted shall be inclusive of white blackout fabric of 650gsm side covering for the structure (for all sides), IIT M approved neat and ambient fabric for tent / shed ceiling and walls (inside only), plywood wooden flooring with metal frame and Jackie system, carpet over plywood flooring including entrance path, Air-conditioning arrangements (one ton for every 90sqft to keep inside temperature not more than 25 Degree Celsius) ensuring high level of human comfort, aluminium door with air curtain, emergency exit with sign boards, sufficient internal, entrance, pathway lighting arrangements, necessary safety arrangements, fire extinguishers, labour charge, A/c operational, testing charges, transportation, materials and labour charges etc. complete. Location of shed - KV School Ground & Sangam Ground.

Hire charges for supply of good quality armless plastic chairs with cloth cover.

Hire charges for supply of good quality VIP chairs (3nos), one podium, one teapoy etc.,

Hire charges for PA system with delay speakers (8 nos), Power Amps - 2Nos, sound mixer, CD player at KV School Ground and Sangam Ground

Hire charges for Audio visuals with approved switcher/scaler, cables, operators / technicians, LED screen of size 20' x 16' of required lumens, extra cabling from required places with boosters, hanging system for all screens etc complete. LED screen should be placed at a height of upto 2'6"(750mm) above finished floor level for better visibility at KV School ground and Sangam Ground

Providing surveillance camera in front of all openings, inside/outside the tent with adequate recording facilities. The full recorded video during the functioning of the tent should be supplied in Compact Disc or any storage device to IITM., at KV School Ground and Sangam Ground

Hire charges for supply and erection of stage of Size 32' x 15' upto 3' height with necessary wooden platform, carpet and steps, etc. The rate quoted shall be inclusive of labour, Material etc., at KV School Ground and Sangam Ground

Hire charges for supply and erection of wooden platform of height not less than 1 foot, carpet and steps at outside of the AC tent. The rate quoted shall be inclusive of labour, Material etc., at KV School & Sangam Ground

Hire Charges for non AC shed out side the AC tent as required including labour, Material etc., at KV School & Sangam Ground.
