Repair/Rewinding of Transformer 16 MVA, 33 kV/6.6 kV, Make Andrew Yule of Laxman Substation, Gevra Project. Scope of work includes: - a) Complete replacement of primary winding one limb with new 99.96% grade (B - Class insulation copper conductor) as per transformer design. 1. Strip Size – 7.2 x 3.8 mm 2. Total weight = 700 kg b) The rate is inclusive of Cost of insulating materials changing of complete with new insulation (B - Class insulation). c) The rate is inclusive of oven drying of the winding unit, painting, transporting, gasket replacement, testing etc. d) Rate is inclusive of Labour Charges & Contactors profit. e) Scrap materials inclusive copper will be retained by repairer. f) Bidders are requested to thoroughly inspect the job lying at our site before participating in tender.
