Plain Cement concrete Using 1:4:8 mix (one part cement, Four part sand Eight part aggregates) using 40mm ISS gauge HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, consolidating and curing etc., complete as per standard specification. Supplying and erecting centering to sides and soffits including supports and strutting with necessary cross bracing for plain surface such as RCC slabs rectangular beams all beams lintels etc., centering for soffits upto 3 meter height using mild steel sheet of size 90 cm x 60 cm x 10 mm gauge with MS angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver oak (CW) joists of size 10cm x 6cm spaced upto 90cm c/c and casurina props or 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced at 0.750 cm c/c complying with standard specifications as per TNDSS NO : 30 & 86. Supplying and Fabrication of Steel TMT Rod for all RCC Works including cost fo Steel binding wire and labour charges and Fabrication and placing in position etc., complete as per Standard Specification

Brick work in Cement mortar 1:5 mix using country bricks of size 8.3/4" X 41/4" X 2" including all cost and convayance of all Materials to site and all labour charges for mixing mortor curring etc complete.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One Cement five sand) mix, 12 mm thick and including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete as per Standard Specification

Exterior Emulsion paint Two coats with good quality of approved Emulsion paint including cost of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing applying and proper curring etc., Complete as per Standard Specifications for 10 sqm

Painting Two Coats on new Iron works with best synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and quality – 10m2.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of size 0.405Mx0.375Mx0.20M of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). Supplying and laying Precast Designer Paver Block confirming to IS 1568-2006 specification manufacturing and laying standard of M40 grade 63mm thick (table clauses 5 and 9.14) suitable for bus terminals ,industrial complexes, road on expensive soils etc., including the cost of paver block of size 225mm x 12.50 mm x 63mm and conveyance of materials to work site mentioned in the tender schedule cost of loading and unloading handling during over Stone dust of 100mm thick (excluding the cost of M- Sand) conveyance paver block cutter to site and hire charges of vibrators and block cutter operator and labour for leveling the M- Sand to paver block etc., complete ISI 15658-2006.

Supplying and fixing of M.S grill of approved design for doors, windows and ventilators using necessary mild steel flats for inner and outer memebers which should be fixed to window frames inclusive of priming coat of best approved quality red oxide primer etc., complete complying with standard specifications.
