Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings.

Dismantling wall and ceiling board (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified.

Providing & fixing of Gyptech 8mm Perforated Calcium Silicate Board consisting of floor channel of size 50 mm x 32 mm x 32 mm x 0.5 mm thick at bottom and top fixed with 50 mm nylon sleeves and 50 mm wooden screw. Further fixing GI stud 48 mm x 34 mm x 36mm x 0.5 mm thick @600mm C/C vertically, 8mm Perforated Calcium Silicate Board having 6mm Perforation backline with acoustical flees having NRC value not less than 0.7, screwed to stud with 25 mm drywall screws at 300 mm centers. Rockwool padding of 50 mm, 48kg/m3 shall be placed in between the wall and board. Finally, the boards are to be jointed and finished with a jointing compound & fiber mesh tape to give smooth finish to the walls. After that primer and paint has to be done as per Engineer-in-charge. (Paint and primer cost will be paid extra). (MTC of the manufacturer along with NRC certificates will be required on installation)."

Providing and fixing of 2 No. staggered layers 12mm thick HDMR Board of Gyptech fixed to saal wood frame work of size 25x50mm at interval of 600 mm c/c both ways (Sal wood framework to be paid separately) including removing existing flooring. The saal wood frame to be supported on 150x150x 5mm neoprene pads & held in position by 35x35x5 mm angle cleats. The wooden framework to be filled with 25 mm thick thermal bonded polyester wadding of 800 GSM (Make: Gyptech/Nowofill /Armstrong) held in position fixed on the bottom of the wooden framework with necessary screws and washers, then 12 mm thick AC-5 Laminated flooring of Impressive/ Vista/ Armstrong should be fixed on the staggered layer of 12 mm thick HDMR board with required foam, beading and skirting complete in all respect. The work shall be executed as per drawing, specifications & instructions of Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for anodisied aluminium snap grid of size 605 x 605mm frame work for false ceiling all as specified.

S&F Hangers 6mm dia GI (upto 1200m length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasterners 12.5 mm dia 40mm long complete all as specified.

S&F 10mm thick multiwall (1 cell/2 wall) sandwich PVC sheet cut to shape and fixed in aluminium snap grid false ceiling complete.

S & F steel work in tubular trusses, vertical posts , purlins etc including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specififed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described, and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one priming coat of red oxide complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F for Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as as specified and directed.

M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment using electrical operated grinder and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted over & including one coat of 3mm th Birla Putty and primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surface of wall including complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
