Providing, fitting, testing and commissioning of Horizontal submersible mono block pump set with following specifications:- Make-Kirloskar Discharge-10000 GPH Head- 21-29 meter RPM-2900 Motor make- Kirloskar RPM-2900 Voltage-400±10% Job includes shifting of mono submersible pump set (raw water) with allied accessories to WSS Thill Roun by Mechanical transport and then from road side to site of installation by head load. Job further includes providing and fitting of new submersible copper cable 6 mm2 approximately 90 meters in length. The job further includes, lowering of new mono submersible pump set by providing and fabrication of adapters with flanges as per the delivery of the mono bloc with nuts and bolts and coupling of pumps with bends then connecting with the rising main for testing on full load. Job also includes providing and fitting of new delivery pipe line and 70mm2 aluminum cable 3.5 core from LT pole to voltage stabilizer approximately 50 meters or as per site requirement whichever is maximum. The job involves dismantling old damaged MS delivery line 100mm dia by way of gas cutting and then providing and fitting of new pipe 100mm dia by way of welding approximately 12 meters in length conforming to same specifications alongwith PN1.6 rating 100mm dia sluice valve. Job further includes providing and fitting of MUG starter. Repair of 185 ampere rating LT control panel installed at pumping station Thill Roun. The job involves disconnecting of all the incoming and outgoing power cables from the panel and shifting to workshop. The job involves replacement of damaged fault analyzer cum controller unit. Job further includes replacement of damaged contactor kit / coil of star / delta contactor by way of providing and fitting of the new kit / coil of same rating and specifications. Providing and fitting of digital voltmeter and amperemeter-1no. each. Replacement of internal control wiring. Shifting back and fitment at site followed by testing of the equipment without load and thereafter on full load. Providing of one no. packet of A4 size paper. Complete job includes cost of machinery, shifting / transportation charges, manual carriage charges, hire charges of tools and tackles, labour charges etc.

Repair to 63 KVA voltage stabilizer at pumping station WSS Thill Roun by way of disconnecting all electrical connections and making temporary arrangement for running of system. Dragging the stabilizer outside the pump room by deploying manual labour and with the help of tools tackles. Making of temporary arrangement so as to protect the stabilizer from rain / water during the repair work. Unfastening of nuts bolts and opening the top cover and then dismantling of complete unit by way of chain pulley block, tripod stand to draw out 03 no. coils and shifting to workshop. Replacement of 03 nos. coils with new coils of superior quality copper complete with insulation and varnish and shifting back to site. Filling of 150 liters transformer oil in the voltage stabilizer. Replacement of voltmeter, ampere meter, selector switches and rotary switches-3nos, and change over switch-1no. Lowering the internal assembly inside the chamber and closing the top cover. Making all incoming and outgoing electrical connections. Testing the stabilizer on no load at least for 6 hours and then on full load. Providing of one no. packet of A4 size paper. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, hire charges of tools and tackles etc. (complete Job).
