M&L PCC 50mm thick type B0, 1 : 2 : 4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) in sub flooring complete all as specified and directed..

M&L non-skid coloured joint free tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm,, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including provision of bedding layer 15 mm thick in CM 1 : 4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, cornices , concrete coping etc on brick work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class-"B" Bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in foundation filling and mass concrete in foundation concrete of fencing posts complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement mortar or lime plaster of any description from stone or brick wall etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water and disposing off the rubbish materials out side MD and including necessary scaffoldings complete all as specified and directed

M&L 10mm thick ready mix plaster , on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfacesl; finished even and smooth including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 20 mm (15+5mm) thick ready mix plaster using WPC on brick work or concrete surfaces; surfaces finished even and smooth including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed. Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured & paid seperately.

Supply only polymer based liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for three coats of colour wash on new surface of wall including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for one coats of colour wash on old surface of wall including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L reinforced cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 type B-1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) for beams, cantilevers etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC 1 : 2 : 4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) for cover slab including necessary form work and set in cment mortar 1 : 4, complete all as specified and directed.t

Supply and fix TMT bar 6 to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking bending, spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed confirmed to Fe 410-0 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type C-2 , 1 : 3 : 6 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation and filling concrete for columns, fencing posts etc complete all as specified and directed.

S& F Mild steel angle iron cut to shape as directed drilling holes notching for wire as in posts and struts in fencing etc including all necessary cutting and welding etc and for similar work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B-0 , 1 : 2 : 4 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel screw bolts (machine cut) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and srewed the other or screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted wth washers and one hexagonal or square nut, not exceeding 5 cm long and diameter of neck 5 to 10mm complete all as specified and directed.

Deduct Credit for Demolished/ Dismantled material Rs. (-) 1,40,512.50 (Minus) as listed in Schedule of Credit Note1: Tenderers will not quote against this item being a tentative amount to be considered to arrive at the 'Contract Sum' Note 2:- The tenderer must keep in mind when quoting rates against items out in multiple store house having height 4 mts to 7 mts. Necessary scaffolding and saftey measures required during execution of work are including in this items.
