Supplying and Fixing of M.S. Grills, M.S.Doors, M.S. Gate etc including cost,conveyance of all materials,priming,and labour for fitting fixing etc.complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-Charge

Painting two coats with approved Enamel Paint on wood work and Steel work in Ground Floor

Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including raking out joints 12mm deep and removing the debris within 50m lead

12mm thick Cement Plaster (1:6) over Brick Masonry finished smooth in Out side wall

Painting two coats with any approved colour of weather seal coat to out side surface of wall in Ground Floor

Removing old grading plaster from roof, removing the surface, lowering and removing the debris within 50m lead

20mm thick cement plaster (1:4) for grading plaster over roof slab including hoisting, lowering, laying watering and curing etc. complete with all cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes and cess with all labour and T&P etc. complete as per direction of EIC.

Providing, Fitting & Fixing of 8 mm. to 12mm. thick Vitrified Tile ( of size 600m.m x 600 m.m ) or equivalent make of printed series confirming to IS specifications having minimum breaking strength 1400 kg/sq.cm in flooring in all floors at all heights on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar(1:4) to proper slope, line and level including cutting to required size and shape, fixing at corners and splays etc. including filling the joints with silicon sealant to match the shade of Vitrified Tile as per the design & drawing including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, stacking,royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T & P, sundries, watering & curing etc. required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
