Providing and applying cement based wall care putty in one coat of Birla wall care putty of M/s.Birla/Stucco putty of M/s. Jotun/ Champion putty of M/s. Saint Gobain Gyproc India or other approved equivalent make over entire surface including necessary scaffolding up to required height, preparing old painted surfaces by thoroughly scrapping oil bound distemper /acrylic emulsion / white wash etc, filling up the cracks, crevices, depression, holes etc, including sand papering and making surfaces even and smooth dusting /cleaning , scaffolding , covering the furniture etc with tarpaulins or equivalent covering materials, cleaning of all surfaces etc.& disposing of debris outside colony etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Repainting of old painted surfaces with two coats of acrylic emulsion paint painted surface of Asian Premium Emulsion of M/s. Asian/Rangoli Super Acrylic Emulsion of M/s. Berger/Gold Acrylic Emulsion of M/s. Berger/Acrylic Dulux Super Smooth of M/s. ICI or other approved equivalent make of approved shade / colour, with one coat of approved cement primer, including necessary scaffolding up to required height, covering the furniture etc with tarpaulins or equivalent covering materials before applying, scaffolding, removal of splashing & droppings from floors, doors & windows, cleaning the surfaces etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

a) for ceiling up to 4.50 m height

b) for ceiling beyond 4.50 m height

Repainting of old painted surfaces with two coats of Royale Luxury Acrylic Emulsion paint (on already prepared surface/ old similar painted surface) of approved make and shade over one coat of approved cement primer, including covering the furniture etc with tarpaulins or equivalent covering materials before applying, scaffolding ,removal of splashing & droppings from floors, doors & windows, cleaning the surfaces etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting of old painted wooden /steel surfaces with two coat of synthetic enamel paint using first quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and shade over one coat of approved wood/steel primer including preparing surfaces, filling with putty, necessary scaffolding up to required height and cleaning etc. including removing old paint by scrapping, blowlamp etc. Complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying three coats of Touch wood of approved make & tint to obtain finish as required over a coat of wood filler including necessary scaffolding up to required height, sand papering, cleaning, filling up holes, cracks & crevices with putty etc. complete to give a uniform shade etc., complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying three coats of melamine polishing of approved make & tint to obtain finish as required over a coat of wood filler including sand papering, cleaning, filling up holes, cracks & crevices with putty etc. complete to give an uniform shade etc., complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Applying three coats of French polish of approved make & tint to obtain finish as required over a coat of wood filler including sand papering, cleaning, filling up holes, cracks & crevices with putty etc. complete to give an uniform shade etc., complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Repairing the damaged plaster of Paris sheet / Gypsum sheet (P.O.P./Gyp. Sheet) in false ceiling including ceiling support of G. I. gird work 22 gauge at 600 mm c/c with 4 mm dia G. I. rods and 50 mm long dash fasteners whenever required, including cutting the sheet to required size making necessary opening of electrical fixtures A. C grills, fixing to correct line & level etc including removing the existing false ceiling carefully from existing frame work, necessary scaffolding up to required height and disposing off debris from out of the premises etc complete all as per drawing and directed by the Engineering-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick plaster of Paris sheet (P.O. Sheet) in false ceiling or equivalent including ceiling support of G. I. gird work 22 gauge at 600 mm c/c with 4 mm dia G. I. rods and 50 mm long dash fasteners, including cutting the sheet to required size making necessary opening of electrical fixtures A. C grills, fixing to correct line & level etc including removing the existing false ceiling carefully from existing frame work, necessary scaffolding up to required height and disposing off debris from out of the premises etc complete all as per drawing and directed by the Engineering-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Plaster of Paris cornice size varying up to 175 mm and matching with existing adjoining patterned & design etc including necessary scaffolding up to required height, tools and plants, material, labour etc complete all pas specification and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing 15 mm densified tubular edged eco-friendly light weight calcium silicate false ceiling tiles of approved texture spintone / cosmos or equivalent of size 595 X 595 mm in true horizontal level suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanised steel sections consisting of main 'T' runner suitably spaced at joints to get required length and of size 24 X 38 mm made out of 0.33 mm ( minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main 'T' of length 600 mm and size 24 X 28 mm made of 0.33 mm thick ( minimum) sheet to be inter locked at middle of the 1200 X 600 mm panel to from grid of size 600 X 600, resting on periphery walls / partition on a perimeter wall angle pre-coated sheet of size ( 22 X 22 X300 mm made of 0.45 mm thick (minimum( sheet with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre to centre with 25 mm long drive all screws @ 230 mm interval and laying 15 mm thick densified edges calcium silicate tiles of approved texture ( Spintone / Cosmos / hexa ) in the grid including, wherever, required, cutting / making opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors, including providing suitable trap door of size 600 mm X 600 mm at 3.00 m c/c as per site requirement etc. main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using G. I. slotted cleats of size 25 X 35 X 1.60 mm fixed to ceiling with 6 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners 4 mm G. I. adjustable rods with galvanised level clips spaced at 1200 mm centre to venter along main "T", bottom exposed with 24 mm of all T sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint including, necessary scaffolding up to required height and dismantling and disposing of existing false ceiling out of premises etc. all complete at all heights as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charges.
