Supplying and hoisting and placing in position tubular trusses including runners,purlings,consisting of steel tubes conforming to I.S specications of tested quality duly welded with fillet weldes 6 mm thick throughout including wind bracing. Open end of pipe sealed with 3 mm thick plate including the cost of nuts and bolts where bolts connections are specified at flange joints including one coat of ready mixed red oxide zink cromate premer of approved quality assembling and fixed in position complete in all respect.

Cold twisted deformed (ribbed/tor steel) bars for RCC where not included in the complete rate of RCC including bending , binding and placing in position complete

Applying Priming coat with metal primar on new steel or iron work including preparation of surface. Painting two coats excluding priming coat with synthetic enamel paint in all shade on new wood work or metallicor plastered or concrete surface to give and even shade

First class brick work laid in cement sand mortar 1:5 in first storey upto 4 meters above plinth level.

12 mm thick cement plaster 1:4

15 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 on the rough side of single or half brick wall.

Distempering with washable oil bound distemper (of approved manufacture) two coats over one priming coat on now work.

Applying priming coat with ready mixed exterior paint in all shades on newly plasterd or concrete exterior surface.

Providing two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint (1st Quality) complete in all respect as approved by Engineer-in- charge Make:- Top quality of Asian/Nerolac

Providing and fixing precoated galvanized iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50mm (+0.05%) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws of size(5.5x55mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. complete in all respect as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
