Scope of Work: Repairing of Rotary Gear Box of DMH-1 Drill Machine at Nigahi Project consisting of (i) complete dismantling of gear box.(ii) After dismantling the worn out parts, replacement of parts provided by department by engaging skilled manpower (iii) assembling the gear box (iv) Testing of gear box. Maximum likely numbers of manpower required will be six.
Cost / Charges for Dismantling of gear box including labour charges, contractor profit etc. ( required Skilled /Semi-skilled / Un-skilled manpower to be deployed as per job requirement.)
Cost / Charges for cleaning and washing of dismantled rotary gear box including labour charges, contractor profit etc. ( required Un-skilled manpower to be deployed as per job requirement.)
Cost / Charges for repairing of gear box and fitment of rotary gear box including labour charges, contractor profit etc. ( required Skilled /Semi-skilled / Un-skilled manpower to be deployed as per job requirement.)
Cost / Charges for repairing of gear housing mounting bolts and its holes (size- 28mm diax 70 mm L) by taking out broken bolts and thread making/ tapping including labour charges and machining/drilling/tapping charges etc. to be deployed as per job requirement.)
