Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches, prleans etc complete all as specified and as directed directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub-class “B” bricks, strai;ght or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortor (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub-class “B” bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall built in cement mortor (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for cement concrete type C-2 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel, drain complete as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping of masonry wall including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete type B2, 1:2:4 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub - floor, sub babes, floors, Pavings/ Paths etc complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantaling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding(but not backing) removing servicable tiles to store and rubbish off premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine pressed Chequered cement concrete tiles with grey cement and pigments 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding in cement mortor 1:4 for laying floor finished complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or lime plaster of any description incl racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water to receive plaster etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work in cement mortor (1:6) and finished even and fair complete all as specified as directed

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for precast cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in drain covers, cover slabs etc. complete incl formwork, all as specified and as directed Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separetely

M&L mild steel TMT bar of 6 to 8mm dia cut to length bent to shape reqd including cranking bending spirally for hopping for columns hooking end and binding with and incl mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of fencing post or struts (wood, steel, RCC) including taking out embedded in concrete, including demolition of old concrete foundation complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel section section as in post and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes notching for wire, etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting with nut, bolt and washer or reveting embeding in concrete etc and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum as in soft/loose soil getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, and removing surplus soil to a distance nexc 50m and making good the surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplied and fixing in repair galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 m dia with 2 mm dia barbed at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Restraining and resecuring including making good staples etc of galvanized 02 strand steel barbed wire with 2mm dia barbs and fixed to any type of rails straining bolts, securing and tying crossing with provision of galvanized mild steel wire making good staples etc complete all as directed.

De butting by removing existing sand to a distance exc 50 m complete all specified and as directed.

Supply and filling of River Sand mixed with Saw dust in 2:1 ratio in stop butt firing range exc 3 mtr and not exc 7.5mtr in height, complete all directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for prepration of new steel surface of any description exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic eenamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.
