REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF WATER SERVICE TANK CLEANING OF SUMPS AND OH TANKS AND WATER SUPPLY DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM AND OTHER CONNECTED WORKS AT AF STN LEH

M&L for cleaning of insulated steel overhead tanks of 50,000 ltrs capacity by adopting following method :- (a) Removing accumulated sludge and solid particles etc deposited at the bottom of tank and removing the same to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr away complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (b) Fabrication & welding work with the specified size of MS plain sheet and angle iron to steel tank to stop leakages complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. (c) Washing with clean water bleaching powder solution by rubbing with wire brush on all side walls and bottom of the tank and removing grits and other deposited materials complete inside, outside of the tank and applying two coats of water bond distemper making it absolutely germ free complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item no. 1 above but 30,000 Ltr capacity

All as per item no. 1 above but 25,000 Ltr capacity

M&L for cleaning of under ground/ semi underground sumps of 1,00,000 ltrs capacity by adopting following method :- (a) Taking out the water from the sump with the help of monoblock/submersible pump set and removing accumulated sludge and solid particles etc. deposited at the bottom of sump and removing the same to a distance not exc 50 meter away complete all as specified. (b) Washing with clean water bleaching powder solution by rubbing with wire brush on all side walls, dome portion and bottom of the tank and removing grits and other deposited materials complete inside and from the outside of sump and wash with two coat of cement wash, plastering internally with 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 & flush pointing externally in the same mortar. (applying two coats of water bound distemper making it absolutely germ free) complete all as specified and dircted by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cleaning of Static water tank sumps by adopting following method :- (a) Taking out the water from the sump with the help of monoblock/submersible pump set and removing accumulated sludge and solid particles etc. deposited at the bottom of sump and removing the same to a distance not exc 50 meter away complete all as specified. M&L for cleaning of overhead tanks of 10,000 ltrs capacity by adopting following method :- (a) Removing accumulated sludge and solid particles etc deposited at the bottom of tank and removing the same to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr away complete all as specified. (b) Washing with clean water bleaching powder solution by rubbing with wire brush on all side walls, dome portion and bottom of the tank and removing grits and other deposted materials complete inside and from the outside of the tank, plastering internally wtih 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 & flush pointing externally in the same mortar to stop leakages (applying two coats of water bound distemper making it absolutely germ free) complete all as specified and dircted by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for painting to steel ladder all along the overhead tank approx 15 mtr high, painting to staging and overhead tank of capacity 50000 ltrs by applying two coats of primer and top coating with synthetic enamel paint black inlcuding preparation of old painted surfaces and writing "Tank cleaned on the date" and next due date with white paint complete on the base of black paint all as directed by Engr-in -Charge.

All as per item no. above but 25,000 ltrs capacity

M&L applying two coats of white wash to overhead tank of capacity 10000 Ltrs including preparation of old surface and writing "Tank cleaned on the date" and next due date with white paint complete on the base of black paint complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
