The whole system will be executed as per scope of work, fabrication drawing, IS codes and standard, mechanical equipment, technical specification, data sheet and additional condition etc. incorporated with DNIT to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge. Note: Complete in all respect i/c cutting and making good the wall, floor and roof to existing finishing wherever required, complete in all respect as per full satisfaction of Engineer in charge of work. Annual Maintenance contract fees for the new lifts for a period of 2 years after defect liability period of 12 Months.
