(A) Civil Works

Earthwork in all kinds of soil in excavation of foundation and trenches with all lead and lifts including rough dressing in layers not exceeding 0.3 mt in depth and the earth to be transported by transport vehicle including moorum, hard stoney earth and earth mixed with boulders except sheet rocks and boulders requiring blasting including dressing and levelling the bed sides upto required depth and depositing the excavated materials at places away from the work site with all leads and lifts, T & P for shoring, shuttering, dewatering if required, T & P etc as required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling at all depth with available excavated earth with all leads and lifts (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 15cm in depth. Consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and filling the foundation & plinth with clean coarse river sand of approved quality from approved quarry, laying in layers not exceeding 15cm thick watering & ramming including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of all labours, T & P etc as required for the work complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying,providing,laying and fixing Polygomma EPDM rubber pond liner-Grade PL (Thickness: 1.52 mm, Width: 6 meters, Length: 30 meters) over the reservoir base including the overlap joints of 75 mm and shall be done using Polygomma Bonding Adhesive (BA) or equivalent/Polygomma Seam Tapes or equivalent. The EPDM pond liner shall strictly be a single-ply liner and shold be produced without lamination of the thickness. The EPDM pond liner shall be cured single-ply synthetic rubber waterproofing membrane, 1.52 mm thick, made of ethylene-propylene –diene Monomer (EPDM) conforming to ASTM D- 7465,Tensile strength ≥9 MPa, Elongation ≥300%, UV & Ozone resistant. The manufacturer must certify that the EPDM membranes have been vulcanized by IR technology only. The EPDM pond liner shall be free from all types of powders such as talc, graphite, etc. The EPDM pond liner tested for potable water as per FDA regulations and should be tested for fish friendliness as per ASTM E729-96. To complete the wok in all respect as direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Cement Concrete M25 for RCC work with 20mm down graded hard granite crusher broken chips from approved quarry free from weathered skin dust and other deleterious materials including mixing in concrete mixer, hoisting and laying concrete with all lead, lifts and delifts and placing over scientifically approved surface, compaction by vibration of concrete by mechanical means supplying T&P including watering and curing for specified days with cost of all materials, carriage, royalty etc. hire and running charges of machineries dewatering by suitable means, construction of coffer dams/approach roads, diversion roads, diverting the water away from the structure including quality control tests etc. as per the specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Rigid and smooth centering and shuttering for R.C.C. works including false works and dismantling the same after casting including cost of materials complete in R.C.C. footing, column, slab, stair case, landing, lintel etc. including cost, conveyance, royalty cost of all labour etc as required for the work complete and as direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying coiled or bent up M.S. rods, HYSD steel or Tor steel or grade Fe-415 confirming to I.S.-1786 - 1985 including cutting, straightening welding or jointing if necessary, bending, binding, tying the grills as required for RCC works, and hoisting, lowering and placing in proper position according to approved designs and drawings including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading of M.S. rods, HYSD steel or Tor steel of approved make(TATA/SAIL) and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge required for the work including cost of all labour, sundries, T&P and scaffolding complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (payment will be made according to the actual weight of M.S. rod, HYSD steel or Tor steel consumed in the work and no separate payment will be made towards lapping, chairs, supports and weight of binding wires which is to be borne by the contractor at his own cost).

Providing & laying of one side polished 20mm granite slab cladding in floor, wall & skirting of approved quality,colour and size over 12mm thick cement mortar (1:3) joined with epoxy based water profing grout to match the colour and shade of tiles including to shape,griding and wax polishing,cost of all labour, materials, royalties, loading & unloading, conveyance, sundries, watering and curring etc.complete as per drawing and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing of RR masonry with hard granite stone from approved quarry free from weathered skin dust and other deleterious materials in cement mortar(1:6) including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties etc. and cost of all labour, scaffolding, sundries, T & P required for the works etc. complete in all respect in foundation and plinth etc. as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cm. in cement mortar of mix (1:6) with approved grade cement and screened & washed sand for mortar after immersing the bricks for 6(Six) hours in water before use in foundation & plinth including splays cutting, circular moulding, corbelling, chamfering and similar such type of works, watering & curing etc. including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties etc. and cost of all labour, scaffolding, sundries, T & P required for the works etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Fly Ash. Brick masonry of size 25 cm. x 12 cm.x 8 cm. having crushing strength not less than 75 kg. per Sqr. Cm. in cement mortar of mix (1:4) with approved grade cement and screened & washed sand for mortar after immersing the bricks for 6(Six) hours in water before use in Superstructure including splays cutting, circular moulding, corbelling, chamfering and similar such type of works, watering & curing etc. including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties etc. and cost of all labour, scaffolding, sundries, T & P required for the works etc. complete in all respect as direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing 6mm cement plaster on RCC surfaces at ceiling/slab soffit and other locations with cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1cement : 4 fine sand) including necessary scaffolding, curing etc. all complete at all floors and all heights including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties, cost of all labour, scaffolding, sundries, T & P required for the works etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing 12 mm. thick cement plaster in all floors at all height with cement mortar of mix (1:6) with approved grade cement and with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and finished smooth to rough surface of brick masonry walls after racking out joints including watering and curing, rounding of corners etc. complete with cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties, cost of all labour, T & P, sundries and scaffolding required for the work etc. with providing grooves as direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing 16 mm. thick cement plaster in all floors at all height with cement mortar of mix (1:6) with approved grade cement and with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar ad finished smooth to rough surface of brick masonry walls after racking out joints including watering and curing, rounding of corners etc, complete with cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties, cost of all labour, T & P, sundries and scaffolding required for the work etc. with providing grooves as direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fitting of WI Clamps 25 cm to 30 cm (10'' to 12'') long of 35mm x 5mm (1.5'' x 1/4'')size of approved quality and make to doors,windows and ventilaors direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. grill of required patterns for windows/ verendahs etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. of TATA/SAIL make or any other approved make loading applying a coat of approved steel primer and two or three coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make & size etc. as per drawing & specification and to complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing polished vitrified floor tiles of size (600mm x 600mm ) having thickness 8mm to 10mm confirming to IS 15622:2006 (Group-B) of colour/printed series (Homogeneous) on 12mm thick Cement Plaster in Cement mortar (1:3) jointed with neat cement Slurry mixed with Pigments including cost of Tiles, labour, conveyance, royalty, T&P etc.of approved quality and make all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fitting & fixing of polished vitrified tiles of size 600mmx600mm Plain (Ivory) in floors, treads or steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:1(1cement : 1sand) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles complete including cost of Tiles, labour, conveyance, royalty, T&P etc. of approved quality and make all complete as direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing ceramic glazed wall tiles of premium grade having hickness 6.5mm to 6.7mm confirming to IS :13753 20cm x 30cm or 20cm x 20cm special plain/printed series of make in skirting and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement:3coarse sand) and jointing pigment to match the shades over tiles including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete as per direction of EIC, In all floors and all heights with cost of tiles, labour, conveyance, T & P etc. of approved quality and make all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surfaces to prepare the surface even and smooth as per the instruction of Engineer-in-Charge at all elevations including all materials & labours complete.

Providing two coats of distemper to wall with any approved quality and shade including cost, carriage, brush, scaffolding charges, labour charges, cess etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing one coat of primer of approved quality with any approved shade including sand papering, polishing the surface, cost, conveyance, T&P etc. all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing two or more coates of interior Plastic Emulsion paint at all height of approved shade as per the instructions of the manufacturer's giving uniform shade etc in all heights of walls including preparation of surfaces, interior wall primer & providing scaffolding, cleaning, curing and supply of all materials and labour complete as per drawing, design and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying to outside walls with two or more coats of -Fungal weather coat water proofing paint including scaffolding and cleaning the surface before application of approved colour and manufacture at all elevations including all materials, conveyance, labour, T&P etc. all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and painting with sythentic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade at all floors and all heights including all materials, conveyance, labour, T&P etc. all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing one coat of primer with approved shade of new Steel work including cost of materials, labour, T&P etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fitting & fixing of door shutter (46mm ) and frame (100mm x 58mm) of TATA PRAVESH (Product of TATA Steel ) having plain wood grain finish as per approved size including all fittings, labour, carriage of all materials etc. complete in all respect as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing factory made UPVC Door shutter with frame including all hardware fitting, labour, carriage of all materials etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Manufacture's specification & drawing)

Supplying, fitting & fixing of window shutter (27mm)and frame (65mm x 15mm) of TATA PRAVESH (Product of TATA Steel ) having plain finished and clear float glass with grill as per approved size including all fittings, labour, carriage of all materials etc. complete in all respect as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of stainless steel of 304 grade in hand railing using 50mm dia of 2mm thick circular pipe with balustrade of size 32mm x 32mm x 2mm @ 0.90 mtr C/C and stainless square pipe bracing of size 32mm x 32mm x 2mm in 3 rows in staircase as per approved design and specification buffing, polishing etc with cost, conveyance, labour, T&P etc. required for the work complete in all respect as per approved drawing, design & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing 10cm dry Khoa bricks in flooring including watering and ramming and including cost, labour charge, carriage, royalty , Cess etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

(B)Landscaping

Supplying and Providing of Reclamation works like cleaning of unwanted shrubs uprooting of stumps, vegitation, unwanted grass, wood, twigs, breaking colds, tilling of tharea, segregation of debrish stones etc and lifting the above materials from the garden area and disposing out side the premises yard as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying of good quality garden soil preferably red alluvial/sandy loam with texture neither too coarse nor too fine with a fair degree of water retaining adquate humus with a ph range from 6.5 to 7.5 should be free from any undesirable inorganic materials like wastage construction, roots and bushes of wild plants, polythene grabage etc. to be collected after duly screened including cost, conveyance, royaliy,taxes and other charges with labour and T&P charges for loading,unloading and stackung at site in separate heaps of (1.5 x 1.5 x 0.5 )cum or its multiples taken into 1(one) cum for measurement and payment purpose and to be uniferly spreaded over an area of 6000 sq.mtr with average thickness of 6 cm and complete all respects.etc as per direction by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying of cow dung manure well decomposed garbage free including hire & running charges of all T&P including cost,conveyance, royalty etc.complete to the specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Lifting and spreading of soil uniformly of approved quality from stacks inside garden in layers/ for total depth as per approved profile and watering and compacting the same with HRR to achieve minimum required density including hire & running charges of all T&P including conveyance, etc.complete to the specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
