Dismantling of electric connection of motor and taking out the pump & motor at floor level with the help of HOT Crane after cutting of foundation bolts and removing of coupling. The work including Closing of suction & delivery side sluice valves and providing/fixing dead flange for stopping the water leakage. The work includes arrangement of all the required tool and tackles and safety items for working with safety of man & material as per site required at site

Dismantling of the existing rusted & damaged MS base frame, Nut-bolts and washer damaged M.S. Channels, cross support, base plates, leveling screws, shims etc. with the help of gas cutter with oxygen cylinder and other tools as per site requirement, from the RCC foundation by cutting the nut bolts with the help of gas cutter and taking out of the complete frame up to floor level. The work will be executed through experts skilled & unskilled staff including tool and tackles and safe working with safety of man & materials as required at site.

Demolishing of required amount of cement concrete of the foundation of pump set by manually/mechanical means and making proper foundation-bolt pockets including disposal of un-serviceable material within 50 meter lead as per direction of Engineer-in -charge as required for fresh foundation. (As per DSR no.- 15.2.1)

Supply of Horizontal non-clog centrifugal sewage pump suitable for handling raw sewage/waste water having specific gravity of 1.1 having specifications as under: - 1. Head = 22 Meter 2. Pump should be provided with hand hole on casing for removal of any clogged material. Make of pump: - M&P /KBL/KSB/WPIL/DJB approved. Including Suitable Motor of Totally enclosed fan cooled squirrel cage 6 Pole, 3PH induction Motor -Cast iron construction, Confirming to protection IP 55, Horizontal Foot Mounted (B3), Foot mounted - IE3 Efficiency suitable for operation on 415+/- 10% V,3 Phase ,50hz,+/-5%,AC Supply with ambient 50'C, Class F insulation with temperature rise limited to class B and altitude less than 1000M. Supply of new SS foundation Bolts of size 25mm X 450 mm as per Site requirement.

Supply of new nut bolts & washer as per site required for reinstallation of Pump sets, valves etc. as per site requirement.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade for grip of foundation bolt in pockets of CC structure and also providing wet layer of cement in old CC structure & Making of proper strengthening to the foundations of 1No. pump set. (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Fixing of new Horizontal non-clog centrifugal sewage pump set with MS frame by using MS Plate duly holed as per site requirement, with cross support and base plates duly machined on planner machine to match the centre distance between pump and motor along with coupling guard with the help of gas cutter, grinder and welding machine etc. as per site requirement. Base plates supported on levelling screws, shims or metal wedges with a small taper located close to the foundation bolts. Ensure that the base plate’s machined mounting surfaces are horizontal, flat and parallel by adjusting the levelling devices and using a precision level.

Fixing of new S.S foundation bolts in foundation bolt- pockets by welding and proper support after reinstallation and re-fitting of pump and motor with base frame after proper drying of the CC foundation, making of proper alignment of the pump with existing suction and delivery lines, making proper alignment of coupling between pump and motor with all allied mechanical and civil works etc.
