Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc not exc 10 sqm on plan and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 1 above, but depth exc 1.5m but not exc 3.00m complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass-concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing reinforcement cement concrete (nominal mix) 1:1 1/2:3 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams plinth beams; bases for columns, etc basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for formwork to sides of columns and similar work with rough finished surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) 1:1 1/2:3 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

Use & waste for formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floor, window cills, concrete railing, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs not exc 20cm wide complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing RCC 1:1 ½:3 type A1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) (nominal mix) as in lintel beam, roof beam, landings, balconies, canopies, desk slabs and the shelves and the like etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 11 above, but 5-10mm dia in stirrups, spacers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix post and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes notching for wire, etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mest etc) incl all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed. (Each line wire to be measured).

Supply and fix punched tape Concertina Coil (including spike and handle) with 56 loops and dia 600mm, max covered length 8RM, having a core wire of high carbon spring steel of high tensile strength. The punhed tape and copper wire (2.5+_0.35mm dia) shall be heavy galvanized (IS -1730) (wire -275 GSM & strip -200GSM) to provided protection against out door exposures. The punched tape shall be mechanically crimped over the core wire and then formed into a coil at various parts of the periphery of the coil. The of strip as 19 mm and spacing of blades 24.00 +_0.5mm C/C. The weight of each coil shall be 8+_5% kgs without packing material and coil length 8 mtr (maximum) when opened up each coil would with bituminized hessain cloth for providing protective packing ref specification No CQAE/5660/1602A for raw material and drawings IMGA-0112/B (Sheet 1 of 2), IMPD-1821, IMPD-1822 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting holes brick walls built in CM or cement lime mortar and stone walls built in lime mortar exc one brick but not exc two bricks, inserting hold fasts and making good dismantled portion in CM 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 as required complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for rendering 15mm thick CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistant exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces including prepration of surfaces as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix framed work such as grills, gratings etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks & similar work conforming to Fe 290-0 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix 75mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed, any length, with rubber rings complete all as specified and directed.
