Material and labour for 40 mm thick cement concrete type B1 (:2:4) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-floor, sub-bases, floors and paving etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for chequered cement concrete tiles 20 cm x 20 cm x 25mm thick with grey cement and pigment , set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floors with grey cement and pigments laid over and including 10mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortor 1:4 complete.all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for renewing tiles in patches , area n exc 5 sqm. Including removing and cleaning old tiles, preparing beds and laying or setting, jointing and pointing new or old tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick cement concrete type C-2 , 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for machine pressed precast concrete coloured interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment laid over and Including 25mm thick sand cushoning complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as spcified and directed.

Supply and fixing Mild steel framed work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes,notching for wire etc, flats iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc ) including all necessary drilling,bolting or fiveing etc, and similar work confirming to Fe-290 GdeE -165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel flat iron fillets for securing wire mesh etc., including. all necessary drilling or riveting, etc., and smilar work conforming to Fe 290 gde E-165 complete all as specified and ditected.

Supply and fixing mild steel screw bolts (machine made) dia of neck 5 to 10 mm and n. exc 5 cm long with haxagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, complete all as specified and directed..

Material and labour for mild stee roundl bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape reqd incudingl cranking bending spirally for hooping for coloumns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation og new steel or iron surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10cm width or girth applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide priner complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Old barbed wire of any decription and in any position and removing from site complete all as spcified and directed.

Supply and fixing Galvanised 2 strand , steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain-ing bolts, including, securing or typing at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire , staples or steel pins, wire,staples or steel pin,etc.as directed (each line wire to measured) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old Chain link fencing of any descriptio and in any position and removing from site complete all as spcified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires any mesh ,size and type to any type of standards,rails, straining bolts,etc including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, archs pillar etc rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work using sub class 'B' bricks ( old size bricks) , straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6.complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any descriptio on brick or stone walls, etc. Including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubing down with water, etc to receive plaster complete all as specified and directed..

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in two coats on over brick work or concrete surfaces, in cement mortar 1:4 finished fair and even using water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement or as per manufactures instruction, first coated will be 10mm thick and second coat/finishing coat will be 5mm thick all as specified and directed. NOTE-: WPC shall be measured and paid separately

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with WPC @3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer instructions complete all as spcified and directed.

Supply only Water Proofing Compound ISI Marked complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick cement concrete type- B1. 1:3:6 using ( 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub-floors,sub-bases,floors and paving finishing surface of concrete topping even & fair w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in copping finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished of drain or channel 30cms inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old broken/deteriorated R.C.C drain covers including removingl from site complete all as directed.

Material and labour for providing precast cement concrete type C1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab of open drain and set in cement mortor 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shap required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Sand filling in range mixing with saw dust including watering & consolidation complete all as directed

Desmantling framed work timber scantlings 40 sq.cm and over in section,in any position complete all as specified and directed.
