Earth work excavating and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2m in hard stiff clay,stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulder SS 20 A HGS for foundation

Cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 mix using 40mm HBG metal for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick., compacting etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed. - Rate for 10 m3

Brick work in CM 1:5 mix using country bricks ground moulded of size 22 x 11 x 7cm for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications. Rate for 10m3

Supplying and erecting for centering for sides including all labour charges etc.

Supplying and Fabricating and placing in position MS steel or Ribbed Tor Steel for all Reinforced Cement Concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc, Complete complying with stanard specification.(MS rod or RTS bar will be supplied departmentally at section stores and cost will be recoverd at issue rate). the binding wire shall supplied by the contactor.

R.Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 using 20mm ISS HBG metal for all CC item of works excluding cost of including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls , sides and bottom of the slabs, beams etc., shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3, 12mm thick. and with kraft paper without claiming extra as directed by the departmental officers complete complying with standard specifications. Rate for 10m3

Dadooing walls with Glazed tiles of any colour and any size laid in CM 1:2, 10mm thick. and pointing with white cement 0.4 Kg per sqm mixed with colouring pigment to siut the colour of the tiles including finishing the joints neatly complying with the standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering with CM 1:5, 12 mm thick.in all floors including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10m2.

Emulsion painting with two coat using plastic emulsion including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc completed
