Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

THE APPROVED DRAFT TENDER PAPER IS RETURNED HEREWITH FOR INVITING TENDERS THROUGH E-PROCUREMENT. THE CONDITION PUT FORTH AS PER KW-2 OF KTPP ACT SHOULD BE FOLLOWED READ WITH AMENDEMENTS VIDE G.O.NO.FD4PCL 2008 BANGALORE DT:14-10-2008.

THE FORM OF TENDER AS PER THE PROFORMA AVAILABLE IN KW-1 SHOULD BE DULY FILLED AND UPLOADED IN THE TENDER WIZAED AS A PART OF TENDER DOCUMENT WHICH IS MANDATORY.

NOTE: ROAD C UTTING MACHINE SHOULD BE USED MANDATORILY FOR CUTTING THE APPROVED WIDTH OF ROAD WHILE EXECUTING THE WORK AS PER CIRCULAR NO.BWSSB/CH/CAO-S/CHI/138/19-20 DT:04.09.2019

REFER ANNEXURE (A) ENCLOSED ALONG FOR JURSIDICATION OF THE COURTS AND SAFETY MEASURES TO BE TAKEN WHILE EXECUTING THE WORKS AS PER LETTER NO.BWSSB/EIC/CE(P)/0027/16-17 DT:10.04.2017 & FURTHER HEREBY INFORMED TO INCLUDE THE SAME IN THE CONTRACT AGREEMENT
