Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of factory built Floor Mounted double skin air handling units with existing VRV outdoor condensing units of suitable capacities to cater air load as mentioned below and suitable AHU kit. The units shall be of thermal break profile made of 40±2 mm thick panels miminum 4 rows deep cooling coil section suitable for DX Application with aluminium finned copper tubes (tubes thickness not less than 0.5 mm), filter section with 50 mm thick metal viscous/ washable synthetic type air pre filters, belt drive package with TEFC drive motor (IE-3 ) suitable for 415 ± 10% V, 50Hz, 3 Phase AC supply compatible for drain connections, stainless steel (18G) drain pan with nitrile rubber insulation, auto purge valve wherever required, necessary vibration isolation arrangement, with metallic flange inside AHU, gravity louver complete as required and as per specifications, drawings and of following capacities.(Air Qty : 12000 CFM, Static Pressure : 65 mm). The coil tonnage shall be as per the heat load calculations and as per the site requirement.

Supply & Fixing of GI drain piping with 6mm thick Closed cell elastomeric type Insulation of following size with clamps/supports etc. complete as per the site requirement (32 mm dia)

Supply, Laying, connecting, testing and commissioning of new control cum transmission copper flexible cable of size 2 core x 1.0 sq mm in suitable size existing PVC conduits between AHU & VRV outdoor units and to central remote, if applicable

Supply & Fixing of MS Heavy duty VRV Outdoor Units Frames

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of AHU control and starter Panel with suitable rating VFD. Panel will contain Starter for AHU and ELCB for Outddor units. Panel will have the protection from Over voltage and under voltage etc. complete as per the site requirement

Supply, Laying and fixing of one number XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, Aluminium conductor power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on existing cable tray as required- 4core x 16sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

Supply, Laying and fixing of one number XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, Aluminium conductor power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on existing cable tray as required- 4core x 10sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

Supplying and installing following size of perforated Hot Dipped Galvanised Iron cable tray (Galvanisation thickness not less than 50 microns) with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, with GI cover, joined with connectors, fixed on the floor with painted MS Angular supports including G.I. bolts & nuts, etc. as required.
